I suggest to drink more water..no problem with water.it fill your hunger.i tried the intermittent fasting it was effective too.👍🏻

@@JoyJoy-lo2im intermittent fasting, 16:8 rule, 16 hours kang hindi kakain tapos 8 hours kang kakain. Kada nakakaramdam ka ng gutom sa fasting, drink lang ng water. Karamihan ng gumagawa neto is 8 am - 4 pm ang schedule nila.

@@yongdewites8644 yun yung time na kakain pero pwede mo ding iadjust yung oras. Pwedeng 9-5, 10-6 etc basta 8 hours. Then after that 16 hours na hindi kakain, water water lang or pure black coffee. Pero kung hirap sa ganon, pwede naman calorie deficit. Pwede mong kainin lahat anytime basta hindi ganun karami and balance (mas prefer to ng iba since walang restrictions sa oras ng pagkain)

I used to try egg diet for 3 days pero di ganun kaunti. Mine was 2 - 3 litter of water a day For break fast 1 lipton green tea + 3 eggs Lunch 2 eggs Dinner 1 egg This is efeective too para sa mga di kayang kumain ng ganun kaunti

Wag nalang kainin yung yolk yung white lang kasi nakakataba din yung yolk e kahit madami kainin mo egg and it's better to drink tea at night before you go to bed.

same mine was BF - oatmeal 20grams, 1 boiled egg LUNCH - stirred cabbage w tuna, scrambled egg DINNER - 2 boiled egg then any fruits or oatmeal ulit after dinner mag green tea ako then samahan niyo na din ng workout tas more moreee water talaga and kailangan may enough sleep kayo

Suggest lang 30mins before breakfast, try to drink 2 glasses of water. It will boost ur metabolism. And try to drink more water atleast 8-10 glass po. Saka partneran nyo po ng oats. Di ka lang mgslim down. Mas mgging healthy ka pa. 😊 nkakabutas kasi ng tyan pag di ka kakain at least every 3hrs. 😉

I am also doing this for days now, sobrang nag s-struggle ako tuwing gabi dahil feeling ko gutom ako pero nawawala din sya after uminom ng tubig. Hindi na ako nag b-breakfast just 2 eggs during lunch, I don’t recommend coffee alone during breakfast for those people na acidic o na diagnose na ng gastritis, instead go with oatmeal for breakfast. It’s okay to consume 2-5 eggs a day, pag nagugutom just eat an egg.

i think papayat din pag veggies fruits fish para may nutrition din ang body natin hindi tyo magkasakit pumayat nga pero nawalang ng tamang nutrition ang katawan magkakasakit naman. portion control or do intermittent fasting mas ok un :)

Ako na nag bawas ng timbang 130Kg-76Kg na kahit ano ano kinakain. Deficit is the key. Pinaka safe na way sa pag d-diet

Original flavor of beans is mix of sweet and fruity sour. If mapait it means sunog yung beans or reject yung beans. Original coffee (means coffee beans roast ng di masyadong matagal) ito yung healthy hindi yung mga 3in1 or mga gawa na agad or instant coffee. Sooo freshly brewed is the one that is healthy. May freshly brewed na mapait o mapakla ibig sabihin sunog yung beans or kaya hindi tama yung ratio ng coffee and water 😁😁😁

Actually, much better kung mag karon ng 8-10 glasses of water since zero calorie naman un, and malelessen yung pag-aacid ntin, since kpg ngdidiet ka, mas ngugutom ka kc d n like s dte ung food intake mo, mas mag-aacid which can lead to acid reflux, gerd or ulcerations.. kaya dapat mag water para maregulate.. delikado po ang konting water, hjndi adviseable, can also lead to UTI, since ngcocoffee and less water intake.. Yun lang po :) You look great po kahit before ung short diet ♥️ More power 🥰

Hi sa mga gustong mag try ng diet na 'to. This is actually not healthy guys kahit si ate mismo is aware. I know na this for short term effect lang ibig sabihin mawawala din agad yong effect. And kahit you eat normally after makaka experience ka pa rin ng yoyo effect sa katawan mo. Maybe this was for experimental only and I hope na di niyo to gawin for longterm kasi you could developed an e.d and grabe yong consequences. I hope you strive to be healthy guys not just to lose the weight.

Totoo yan be, magshrink talaga ung tummy natin kapag nagdidiet. Ung diet na long term ko na ginagawa ung LCIF.. as in effective sia, hnd ka nia ttipirin or what pero tatanggalin un carbs and sweets. Just coffee for breakfast is not healthy. Much better drink 1 glass ng warm water 30 mins. b4 meal. if may honey ka pwede mo rin haluan. Try to eat atleast 2 boiled egg before drinking coffee or tea. Saka mas maganda kong plain coffee or tea without sugar po. Atleast 8 glasses a day din 😊 instead of rice pwede naman oatmeal lang sa dinner instead of rice 😉

i will tell u the secret of koreans when it comes to diet but it's so unhealthy, it's up to you if gagawin mo to. first is pag inaya ka kumain ng fam mo, go lang. second, after 30 mins pagkatapos mo kumain, punta ka sa bathroom niyo then poke your lalamunan til you throw up. yes gurl, isuka mo lahat ng kinain mo, di ka naman siguro mahahalata niyan. btw, this is just a suggestion. if you find it disturbing then don't do it.
