I am 190 I always been 145 my whole life at one point lower than that I've gained over 50 lbs in the last 4 years and now that I am engaged I am wanting more to be healthy again. kzbin.infoUgkx5VQ5nUzHu6i0O5_u7ipyLnCz0lbsSvr0 I am not fat but I am thick and have muscle. I am very close to how you were but a lil smaller but I am so sick people making comments to me like I'm huge or like you said having shorts that used to be so cute on me and now I can't even find a pair to fit me. I used to love shopping now I don't even want to go to the store and if I do I pick the biggest size don't even try it on and deal with it. I went from size 5 to size idk because I don't even want to know the real number. I hate looking at pics of myself now or me before. Thank you for your video it's time to make a change.

I’ve tried this and it is effective and worth to do. Feeling lighter, enough energy lever during the day, and much more peace and clear mind in any situation. My friends ask me how, but when I said IF, they said it’s difficult to do. I said, it’s matter of discipline and meal plan. I don’t crave to all those sweets( tbh i hate sweets) , no soda or any sugars, just full water and meal plan all day and it really works!

I'm a Muslim so I do twice a week fasting plus we call it 3 days white days a month no water at any food....then now i tried intermittent fasting so it easy for me cause intermittent fasting still u can drink water I like it kc magaan sa katawan not like before lagi ako bloated and really I lose weight ❤

I've tried this many times, i didnt survive it. I got sick repeatedly by doing this process since i was very active as an athlete years back. It worked and i got really thinner and weighed lighter but my mind wasnt focused, i was lazy to do things, and often times i felt like fainting. Seems like i dont have much energy :( To everyone, do it with caution and make sure to listen to your body. It works for some.

I started with 16:8 then I went to 22 to 26 hours alternately. I mean if I do the 26 hours today, tomorrow will be 22 hours, then the next day, 26 hours again with 30 mins feeding window. OMAD (one meal a day) It feels good. My skin is glowing. I can wear the fittest clothes I have, which i have kept away for good thinking there was no way I could wear them. The other day, I just found out where I kept them. So surprised to see how they fit me now. Some are even too big for me. Priceless. I'm eating this way forever. No going back to old habits.

Too many fancy diets, I agree! I lost 73 pounds in 5 months cycling back and forth from 16:8 to 23:1. Combined with a solid workout routine, intermittent fasting definitely works

I guess that's one of the reasons why you never grow old. Very beautiful Ms Alice Dixson. Intermittent fasting really gives you healthy heart, reduce stress and body swelling and it's also good for your brain.

I've been doing IF for 1month and 2 weeks and from 95kg to 80 kg it was hard at first pero natutunan ko din syang i apply sa lifestyle ko and it went well.

There's really more to it than to look good "FASTING" (pag-aayuno} does something to you that may sound esoteric to most, you become aware just how habitual the act of eating has become, many of us do not eat for hunger, we eat for pleasure. Nasubukan ko na din una 12 hrs muna then the following week 16 hrs, then 42 hrs. After IF konti lang kinakain ko,no more craving for food na nga, sinabayan ko ngayon ang kain ko ng apple cider napansin ko pumayat konti, di ko pa na check yun waist ko pero palagay ko lumiit din.uulitin ko pero this time 3 days na.Ulitin mo ms. Alice dixon my fav.actress

I tried some of these, they are very good for my health, they also reduced my hot temper, I don't know, but maybe it has an effect ❤I used to weigh 64, after a few months I noticed that I lost weight and became 53

yeah i tried that during lockdown. I start from March to May. I lost 5kgs. from 63 to 58. Now I am 56kgs. I did not skip breakfast, kasi mas kailangan ko un lalo na sa job ko. Then lunch,eating pa rin ng rice. Sinasabay ko na rin ung merienda ko like eating bread. After 4pm stop eating na. Ni-limit ko na rin ung pagkain ng mga sweets and junk foods. Lumiit na rin ung tiyan ko. marami na rin nakapansin loss weight ko.🙂🙂🙂

IF works for me too. I tried different ways to lose weight but this is the only one works. It’s only few weeks but I’m able to use some clothes I cannot used for a few years. I tried 20/4 for a few weeks but it’s a little much for me so I end up doing 18/6. Thank you for sharing.

I follow Drs Eric Berg and Jason Fung. IF is difficult at the beginning. Im now on my second year of 18h fasting, to prolong it further i take bullet proof coffee....im prepping for a 24h fast & hopefully a 3d fast. 💖

Almost 2 weeks na ako nag IF, during the first 3 days massakit sa ulo at gutom pero tiniis ko lang at tinuloy ko hanggang sa ngayon wala nang hilo at sakit sa ulo. Nadisiplina ko rin sarili ko not to consume too much sugar and not to eat too much. Sana tuloy tuloy lang ang disiplina ko

At this time 5.05am I'm on my 42hrs fasting and counting👏👏it's my first time to do this my normal IF is 20-21hrs

Hi alice! Nice because we do same thing. But right now, i fasted for 23hours and 1hour eating window. My first meal is 3pm. I feel great, more energy, more focus mind! 💪!!!

@@shannenburgos6787 It still depends on your body too. For me, I have tried the Keto diet but this didn't work for me. Hanggang tinry ko yung IF. I think one of the reason why it worked for me is because madidscipline ka talaga sa eating habits mo kapag nagIF ka. ☺️☺️☺️ But still need pa din ng consultation sa doctor especially king may health conditions history ka. I did not eat carbs bottle juices no coffee morning oatmeal warm water , lunch time salmon with vegtables . Dinner beef saoup with vegtables . Thanks God i have healthy body

same here po almost 2 months na ako nag intermittent fasting ,no carbs ,no sugar intake..laki ng improvment ko from 80kilos before,now nasa 69-68 kilos na lang ako ngayon in just 2 months..super effective po even without excercise..kelangan lang ng disiplina sa sarili natin para ma achieve yung weight goal natin..for now nag try na ako mag exercise para atleast mag toned ng konti ang mga muscles..tuloy tuloy lang..one meal a day lang ako..

Natry ko na po to with low carb way of eating.November po ako nag-start weighing 54kg.Mahirap sa una pero habang tumatagal,mas nagiging madali na lang at magaan sa pakiramdam.Now, maintaining na lang ako sa 45-46kgs.Must try.Andaming benifts neto.

I did Low Carb and intermittent fasting from nov.2019 up to june 2020.From 54kgs.down to 44-45kgs.Nadapa na'ko for almost 1month gawa ng tumaas BP ko sa stressed pero dahil napanood ko ulit to,tomorrow start ulit ako.Thank u for this Ms.Alice.God bless

Weekdays, I eat 2 meals a day, lunch & dinner. Weekends I eat one meal a day, dinner. That's it.

Been doing this. Thanks to my son Chad who introduced me to this. Last year I did the 16/8. I felt so good. This year since the lockdown I was doing 20/4...and I am perfectly fine...of course lost a lot of weight.

Totoo po eto nung nag fasting ako for 20 days yung 3 days sobrang hirap pero pagkatapos noon okay na.. my face was more clearer i look a little younger after that tapos energenic ka pa then yung hormones ko na balance. Kaya ito ang gagawin ko ulit kesa may take ng kung ano anong diet fills na madaming side effects. It's also biblical but to do this get your stomach by eating little by little of food cut of some carbs slowly. I'm telling you, you'll be amazed with the results. I'm going to do this again but when i do i'm going to do prolong-fasting

16:8 po ay nag mementain lang po ng weight nation kahit anong kainin po you'll not gain any weight. Based on my experience po. Kaya sinabayan ko po dua ng ketogenic diet. 2-3months po nag lose ako ng 15kg

2 weeks na po ako intermittent fasting , I eat po from 10am to 6pm kahit Ano po kinakain ko. Hopefully after 2 months my makita po ako pagbabago sa katawan ko .

Kath Niel effective po sya Ramdam ko po sa sarili ko gumaan pakiramdam ko ang mga kaibigan ko sina sabi pumayat ako ng konti almost 2 months plang. Tiis lng talaga wag mgtakaw masasanay din Hndi rin po ako ng rrice Hndi ko narin po hinahanap ang pagkain sa gabi. Nakakasexy po ng feeling din man ganun kalaki p nabawas hndi p po ako ngtitimbang before 63-64 kilo let’s see next month aug 28.

new subscriber po Mam Ganda. same din tayo nung first ko nag try neto, walang effect kasi grabe din yung kain ko sa time ko kumain. kaya DISIPLINA talaga siya. kaya ayun. THANK GOD.. after three weeks ng pag fafasting tapos saktong kain lang... grabe yung bawas ng timbang ko.

Effective po sya sa akin, malapit ko na matapos 30 days, 2 days to go nalang. Nabawasan ako ng 5 kilos, nag kasya na din yung mga dati kong damit. Hindi nadin ako palage inaatake ng migraine at magaan na ang pakiramdam ko. Thank You for making this video.

I have been doing IF for months now I have tried other diets even raw food vegan diet and I lost weight but my gut remains big.If is the only one that works wonders for me not only the visible benefits I have a flat belly now that I have when I was in my 20s considering I am lazy and don't exercise much.But what is amazing is my BP is normal now my blood sugar is normal now .I am 59 years old. I do 20/4 sometimes I do omad[one meal a day] when I'm the mood.Try it it works

I started IF 16:8 plus low carb last year of august in 4 months december na achieved ko na yung goal weight ko from 160lbs to 110lbs. Then until now continue pa rin ako. Dahil sa health benefits nya. Im more energetic, less hungry, all my blood works was normal like my blood sugar and blood pressure.

I love intermittent fasting ang gaan as feeling at saka na maintain ko yong body ko and weight ko yong mind mo clear and at hindi ka masyado nag spend ng time sa kitchen for cooking. Hindi ako madaling mapagod ngayon one meal a day lang ako hindi ako nagugutom the whole night and day. Yong eating time ko 4 PM lang lagi pag dating ng 4pm doon lang ako nakakaramdam ng gutom.

Thank you Alice, you inspire me again IF. It works for me. Kaso ang sister ko panay bigay sa 'kin ng bake ensaymada, bibingka etc. na gawa niya. Kaya eto I gained 10 lbs. I will always watch this video to remind me about the benefit of IF.

Ang Ganda ng result ng IF sa akin after 4 months gumaan pakiramdam ko Dina ako hinihingal at Dina sumasakit joints ko sa paa sa bigat ng katawan ko. I did a lot of diet schemes before but it's not effective until I did IF ❤️❤️

in 3 weeks pumayat talaga ako walang rice sa meal hndi ako ng breakfast,puro ulam lng pgkumain ako pero kunti lng,kala ko hndi ko makayanan kc ngiisip ako gusto ko kumain ng ice cream chocolate cake chercherya,pero tinaga ko na sa bato na kailangan ko mgdiet naramdaman ko nlng na hndi na ako ng cacrave ng masasarap na pgkain nkukunsensya ako kapag nasa harapan ko na ang pagkain kc pinaghirapan ko kung pano mgpapapayat...laking tulong kc mbawasan ang gastos na bili bili ng sobrang pagkain na hndi nmn healthy,once in a while pinagbibigyan ko nmn ang sarili ko,pero after that kailangan ko talaga fasting para mabawi ko.

I am doing IF long time now on and off i am 53 years old amd 62 kg.. I dont drink coffee no soda coke. no liquor. Very few sugar the brown one only i use and mostly only honey with my lemon at luya tea and much water.. I feel light and can work with out problem..

I did this. Lost a lot of weight but after a month or two of this my hair started falling like a chemo patient. Scared the sh*t out of me. I say do this with caution.

Hi based on my experience magkaka hairlost ka kapag yong calorie intake mo kulang halimbawa yong BMI mo recommend 2200 and to lose weight you need to take 1500 then dahil di mo nabibilang calorie intake mo dahil nag dadiet ka akala mo 1500 pero yong nakakain mo pala nasa 700 or 800 lang which is calorie deficit tapos hindi pa nutritious food my possibility po talaga nag magka hairlost. This is based on research after doing this tumigil na hairlost ko and I also start taking collagen para kumapal.

Eat eggs everyday atleast 2-3, naglagas din buhok ko. And i add magnesium by eating pumpkin seeds. Eat food rich in potassium as well. Get vit D from the sun. Dapat kasi well balance yung nutrition pa rin yung meals mo. I was able to retain my weight at 48-50kls my height is 5'3". I do 2 meals a day, minsan 1 meal a day. I skip dinner. :)

@@nobodybutHIM777 2 to 3 eggs, enough nutrients to prevent shedding na ba? Did keto IF, full meals rin naman but sad to say naglagas parin. And this was with biotin supplements. I couldnt decide w/c was worse, fat or bald.

Nag start ako last month nang IF 7kg na nabawas sa weight ko workout din and ung food na kinakain hindi na din ako nag crave sa sugar... nakaka happy lalo na nasusuot ko na ung mga damit na dating hindi ko na masuot... goodluck sa mga mag try ☺️

Been having the same benefits as well since I started IF 5 months ago. Never felt this healthier, active and lighter before. Bonus na lang tlaga ang weight loss. There are some good IF apps that can help with monitoring food/water intakes and also physical activities to make you more focus and motivated. They give great insights too!

Been doing Intermittent Fasting for 3 days now and di na ako nahirapan gaano since I've been trying to lose weight for almost a month. Been doing crashed diet and from 66-62 KG ako. I noticed it ain't healthy so i decided to fo the IF since I can eat whatever I want on my Open window pero controlled pa rin sya. From 62, now I'm on 61 kg. Hopefully mas mag lose ako ng weight as days pass by

Sobrang nakakatulong Yung intermittent fasting 16:8 gamit ko nun.. 2months ko Po syang ginawa . 55kg to 43.3kg. pumayat talaga ako .. Sa una mahirap talaga pero paunti unti nasanay na Yung katawan ko..

For me no proper eating breakfast sometimes lang ko mag lunch and no dinner the problem for me any time makaramdam ako ng gutom I eat banana or biscuit.but continue parin pagtaba ko.I'm a coffee lover.

I did not know that intermittent fasting is the name, ngaun alam ko na why I maintained my normal weight for almost 13 years, it is effective indeed, I can attest to do that.

My husband was 260 pounds , he decide fasting he only eat once a week but drinks lots of fluid teas coffe. After couple months he’s now 190 pounds no sweet but meat.

Ginawa ko rin ung IF 3 weeks na from 55kg to 50kg na pero sa eating time ko I only eat healthy foods, no pork more on fish and breast chicken kapag morning naman black coffee , lemon water with chia seeds .

I do now eat 12 nun and eat for 4 hrs ends my eating to 430pm from then water in take lng , i feel good i dnt feel hungry its just a matter of decipline. Pg nsanay kna its your daily routine nlng.

I've been IF for 10 months, 18:6 ,...once a week rest...it was good but this past few days I got a problem with my stomach, gassy at bloated ako even light LNG kinakain so I stop in awhile til now.... Pero I think IF p rin mamatawag kse after 6pm no dinner na ako... And at 8:30 am kakain n ko breakfast,..so I think I'm still IF..anyways I recommend the IF, ..love you video Ms.Alice, more vide please. ♥

nag fasting din ako. sa edad ko na 40, 28 ang waistline ko.. 56kls ako. ang meryenda ko ay smoothie fruits and vegetables. nag coffe din ako without sugar turkish coffee iniinum ko..

started if last june just lost 18 pounds now im stock pero ung benefits na nakuha was more than my goal weight 1. ng normal ang sugar level ko 2. nawala insomia ko 3. ang haba na ng patience ko kahit gutom nako 4. more energy 5.di nako gutomin pizza na lng kini crave ko pag cheat day :)

Low Carb for 4 months.. and IF for 11th month now.. and was able to loose 20kilos.. my first month of doing strict low carb intermittent fasting i was able to loose 10kilos.. im super happy with the result.. hehehe

This is real I am doinb this almost a month now I feel lighter and also less temptation of food as seeing the result keep me up reaching my goal. Also The benifit mentally you are content and eat wisely

Thanks for sharing. We actually doin this IF. Pero hindi namin IF pala ang tawag :)) since we are based in Japan and we’ve a work hindi na kami nag breakfast. Then, we only have lunch in the office since ang Rice is Japanese Rice which is heavy we tend to eat again at dinner na. Meron naman snack or coffee break sa office. Yan lang but except in the weekends lamon as in we are a normal people lol.

Im 1 meal a day for almost 2 years na. Feels good. Im not taking any vitamins and di ako nagkasakit ng kahit ano kahit sipon for almost 2 years!

Nagawa ko xa parang fasting sa ramadan ng mga muslim... Kaya dito sa middle east nakikijoin ako sa mga employer ko pag ramadan.. Finally pumayat ako lumitaw mga bones ko leeg.. Sabi ng mga frenda ko pumayat ako.. Kaya sinasabihan ako na fasting pa more.. Kaya ngayon medyo slim na ako.. 15 hrs ang fasting sa ramadan.. Kc start xa ng 4 am to 7 pm... 💕

Me i Intermediate 23 hours for almost 4 months now. From my heaviest 60 kg to 47 kg! On my ongoing intermediate it's okay to drink black coffee or tea.

16:8 is very doable , I work 12 hrs in a day and sometimes go over beyond 20hrs, you also need to reaearch ADF altrnate day fasting but only needs to be done a few times a week or a month depending on you. I would recommend to listen more with credible and reputable doctors about Intermittent Fasting like Dr. Fung, Hyman, eric Berg and Mindy Pelz so you will know the science behind it
