I noticed I’m going for a more minimal look these days too! I brush my brows and use a brow freeze gel to keep them in place and I love how much thicker and fuller they look now instead of going for a super precise shape like I used to. I think part of it comes from how it seems like with getting older you become more sure and secure of yourself and you become make peace with your “flaws” that you may have cared more about concealing in your 20s.

Yes! That certainly has something to do with it I’m sure! I used to try to hide every flaw and no I’d like to hide maybe 80% 😂

Finally had a chance to watch! I love the natural soft look your new makeup has given you! You naturally have beautiful features so not adding too much makeup makes your God given features pop more 💁🏾‍♀️ I’ve found that since I’ve became a mom, I ditched foundation altogether and if/when I do wear makeup it’s a low tox concealer but very minimal amount with low tox loose mineral powder to avoid too much sheen from the concealer. I haven’t found a natural/low tox concealer that doesn’t make me look greasy yet lol

Gosh yes the highlights require upkeep but it looks soo good on you! In my 30d I stopped going to nail salon it’s expensive and hard to go with little ones. I saved up and bought the apres system and I do my own nails when the kids are sleeping I love it. I could have saved so much money if I did that in my 20s!

The nails are getting so expensive these days, its at home nail polish for me hahah I will look into an apres system because I've never heard of it before!

@ 💕🌸 🫶🏽☺️I like the natural look and soft look on you. I need to try the trick. Mt husband doesn’t like when I wear my dark eyeliner. He calls it the crazy eyes 👀 lol but that’s how I used to always do my makeup lol 😆 and he can’t stand my red lip. But how I grew up all the woman wear red lips. That’s how it is. But I like a natural soft look for the most part but when I want to spice things up. I do high contrast. Black eyeliner top and bottom. Dark brows. Sparkly eyelids and sometimes a red lip or a neutral. That’s my fun makeup.
