To add something to this review, which is great by the way. Coming from a physician's point of view, there are several different reasons for having dark circles under your eyes. So although this product did not work for this gentleman, it does not mean that it is ineffective. Reasons for dark circles will vary per person. It could be caused by fatigue, thin skin, allergies, skin pigmentation irregularities and it can even be hereditary. Meaning you could inherit this trait from your parents. Fatigue is an obvious one... get more sleep. But things like thin skin and allergies could potentially be treated with a product like this. Other products that you can count on working contain Retinol. If you do a google search for anything containing Retinol, that should give you a good idea what to use.

@@jamkasssjjsksks632 Well, again there are multiple reasons a person can suffer from dark circles under their eyes. If you are sleep deprived, this is the most common reason someone may get them. I would give that a try first. Change your sleep habits for a couple of weeks to a month and watch how differently your body handles the additional rest. Sleep is when your body does it's most efficient healing. So getting enough rest rejuvenates your system. If you have dark circles and puffiness, perhaps you should go see your doctor about sinus issues or allergies. But I would start with getting more sleep.

The thing is you can’t just rely completely on the dark circle defense...there are still other things you have to do like sleep more, sleep elevated and on your back, also drink more water and reduce salt intake, good review tho

I've been using vitamin E for a couple of years and I have nothing to compare it to but I'm pretty sure it's been working. I just wash my face with water and immediately use E oil after (under my eyelids, nose, beside my mouth for smile lines, and between eyebrows.) Not alot though, a little goes a long way

I tried the Dark Circle Defense and notice my dark circles under my eyes slowly fading away after using it for 3 days. I got the trial set with the balm and anti wrinkle roll stick. If it works after I am done with the trial, I probably get the full size jar so the dark circles don't return.

Their under eye cream gave me terrible allergic reaction. Was like my face was sunburned. No clue what caused it. But I’ve never had that issue. Never using them again. Too expensive too. Trying Geology and Cardons free trials now

Same here-the skin under my eyes looked like it had a rash, getting red, dry, and irritated. This never happened before using the dark circle defense, and even now when I haven’t used it for almost three weeks I’m still having this weird breakout/rash around my eyes. Hopefully it goes away soon

First of all you are so handsome you don't need any products good lord. Second, I've been doing the eye cream for about a week. The skin under my eyes is a little lighter but the dark creases are still there. Can't say I would want to buy it again since the best way to reduce dark circles is to just sleep better

I believe that the thin skin under your eyes is tightened by the thick and sticky ointment. I have a white skin tone and I believe my dark circles have diminished but now I have 2 small wrinkles under my eyes because the ointment is sticky and tightens your skin. The dark circles are therefore less visible because there is more skin over the small blood vessels. I am very inexperienced with skin care products of you reading this. I have been using it for the past 3 days now (got a free sample)

I use Lumin. I use their dark circle defense cream as well as the face wash, moisturizer and exfoliating rub. I’ve had great results using this product. I also use monoxidil not only on my head but also my beard which makes you more susceptible to dark circles under yours eyes. My skin has never been clearer and my dark circles are slowly going away but going away nonetheless. Key word is slowly. It’s not going to go away in 14 days. I’m not sure if that’s what Lumin gave for a timetable to see results but they do recommend using their products for at least 28 days to start seeing results. I think you should consider using their other products to help with your issue. This is the first skin care product I’ve used and as far as I know one product will not give you the results you want. It has to be a complete routine which should include a facial cleanser, moisturizer & exfoliating.

*forgot* I'm half Asian as well. So, I know what you're talking about. However, I stumbled on a skincare line called Serious Skinn. You might need the vitamin C serum and Super Mel C facial lotion. And for night JUST A LITTLE face and neck -try to get a sample which I know you can get of Kiehls Ultra Facial Overnight Hydrating Masque. In using these products as opposed to a much much higher costing brand I noticed a difference within 3 days.

I have used Beauty RX retinol cream which seems to have helped my dark circles. However I've kind of given up on it and now I just use the same stuff I use on my lips, a mix of lanolin, shea butter, and a bunch of oils. Not much difference. I can't be bothered to use multiple skin products and any kind of moisture/emollient you put on your skin is gonna have some benefits.

You’d probably be better off with cold water showers and hyaluronic acid. Maybe some facial massages/exercises too. I drink hyaluronic acid for my joints so can’t speak on its behalf for helping with skin aging, wrinkles and dark circles.. However, I’ve heard good things about the injections.

No offense but you don’t have dark circles… like I have very very thin skin under my eyes and this works for that because it rebuilds the under eye to make it appear or be thicker. My dark circles are not good at all and I’ve had it since birth… it’s not something where ur skin just looks a little bit darker underneath the eye and go damn dark circles, these are people with extremely thin skin under the eye and have noticeable dark circles that it can probably count as a feature on your face… I do not notice any dark circles that u have.. (which should be a good thing)

I recently been using lumin really like there moisturizer balm and exfoliator definitely makes my face look more awake and alive... Been using eye gel too dont really see difference but I don't got dark circles but I feel does help with the fine lines... But at same time not sure it can be from moisturizer and exfoliator ... I also use other brand m skin for Dailey cleanser and a daily firming gel... And got cardon 3-1 with cactus extract for night time routine if you want to check out any of those brands

Cut out dairy from your diet and decrease the amount of sugar you eat. (They both increase oil production on the face) Drink A LOT of water. Change pillowcases every 3-4 days. Have a Face Wash, Moisturizer, and Night cream. And be consistent with that. Wash your face with cold/lukewarm water. Not hot. Hopefully this helped :)

You can go to your dermatologist and they can give you a prescription for one. When I wake up in the morning, my face looks a lot clearer and smoother than it did the night before thanks to my night cream.😄
