How is it? I don’t intend on getting a MacBook, but I heard it has reaalllly good battery life compared to windows laptops. I intend on using it for traveling, so maybe a MacBook Air m2. For gaming I’m gonna use my windows pc fr

The T9 PSSD isn’t anywhere faster than the T7 on a Mac as Macs don’t support the USB3.2*2 protocol. In fact, nearly all pre-built computers don’t. That‘s only a gimmick.

4:25 At least when it comes to the 100w version of that charger it splits that wattage across devices so don't expect a whole 100w to your mac while charging another device still a great product and has been taking a beating in my little tech pouch for about a year now and has outlasted two ankor cables.

I have many of the same accessories, albeit different brands. For travel I'd say my best investment has been a 100W multiport charger and a 6' cable to power my MBP Pro and other gear.

9:20 The samsung t9 ssd is incompatible with apple devices (and most other devices too) as it uses a very rary usb spec 'usb 3.2 gen 2x2.' So purchasing one for use with an apple computer (or most windows computers) is a wasate of money over the samsung t7 as it will not be any faster than the t7.

While Caldigit TS4 boasts power delivery up to 98 W or Ivanky dock with 96W power delivery but it’s not enough to supply enough power for 16” MBP M3 Max which need 140W power 😢

Bunch of things you should mention. Magic Trackpad is the best mouse accessory got the Mac. You get something exactly like your MacBook and it’s native interactions feel right at home. Samsung T9 supports USB3.2 2x2 dual channel. That’s not something MacBook supports (it has usb4 tb4 compatibility, but not usb3.2 2x2, strange.)

I've tried a ton of Macbooks over the years and realized that I don't need any accessories. I do have an external monitor and use a USB-C cable for it, but it won't charge a 16" MBP, so I use my charger for it. Also, I've tried the MX series of peripherals, including the MX Master 3/3S and MX Keys (Full and mini), and MX mechanical. All keyboards require an adjustment period and there is a high change that you will loose productivity because of the uncomfortable keyboard. And I stopped using hubs. Transfering files via AirDrop or the cloud is simple, making time machine backups with a USB-C cable connected to a harddrive is more than enough. It all comes down to personal preferences :)

Surprisingly, I have tons of different Mac computers but I never really have bought that much accessories until more recently. Like for example I have a iMac, MacBook Air, and MacBook Pro all from 2010 and back then there was really no need and the only accessory that I probably bought was maybe just a MacBook holder back then. And maybe a mouse or keyboard or display, but that’s what I already have from owning many PCs and Windows desktops. but I normally just stick with the built-in keyboard and trackpad. But more recently, I have a 2018 Mac mini which I thought about getting accessories for like that docking station, but I didn’t need to cause I was just gonna use it for light crypto mining or use it as a display or monitor for my cameras and crypto mining, dashboard. I also have a 2020 MacBook Air, which literally doesn’t have any ports at all like barely any ports other than 2 USB-C but once again like with all my Macs, I always upgrade it so I have the highest amount of ram and especially storage so I never needed an expansion bay. Once again with my new 2023, MacBook Pro 16 inch with the M3 Max 40 core GPU chip and 128GB of RAM with 4TB of storage. I almost don’t see a need in adding anything else. Like I like to keep it simple. I don’t need a mouse or keyboard because the keyboard and trackpad works fine unless I’m gaming. Don’t really need a second monitor because of how big the screen is and if I do, I have my old 27in 2010 iMac or my new 2024 iPad Pro 13in for that which has a very nice display. I already have a built-in, SD card reader and headphone jacks. Wouldn’t need ethernet due to the fact that my Wi-Fi is pretty strong. I don’t really need any extra storage either because everything usually goes up to the cloud or even if it stays on my MacBook, I have 4TB unless I’m using an external drive to move files over to my PC. But yeah for me I didn’t really see a need for any accessories unless it was like adapter or cables or chargers.😅 Also kind of unrelated, but I like your Golden Gate Bridge background I got one too. Hey I’m not born in San Francisco, but I grew up there and have family and friends that originally settled, there that I wanna show my pride.😊
