It blows my mind that you guys in the USA can return hair products you've used / tried just because you don't like them. If you tried that over here in the UK, all you'd get from shop assistants would be 😏🤔..... Followed by a hearty 😂 Your hair looked gorgeous... As always ❤️

That's why we are very different countries and have quite different laws protecting our consumers. As much as I love the UK, I am so grateful appreciative that here in the US we are able to return products that do not work for us. What a blessing and her hair does look top shelf!

...I once worked Customer Service for a grocery store and a lady brought her entire, more than half eaten, Thanksgiving dinner back to the store for refund... The Turkey was cooked and 2/3 eaten... She brought the dressing, the gravy, potato salad, pie, green beans, cranberry sauce, etc back 3 weeks after Thanksgiving (all in foil and pans)... I told her no but she asked for the Manager who told me to refund her the entire thing... Her reasoning for bringing EVERYTHING back was that it all tasted old... I was like, "that's because it's been sitting in your fridge for 3 wks ... I had to refund her over $100... She also brought back cans of tuna from 2 yrs prior and because she had the receipt I had to refund her... All stores don't do this but the very big corporate store chains generally do... However, their systems do keep up with the amount of refunds a customer gets... If they reach a certain dollar amount in a certain time frame the store's system will not allow them to refund anything even if it's not been used...
