I recently bought the conditioner as well. The shampoo was sold out. Needless to say, I used the conditioner today and it smells like a relaxer which is scary. It did make my hair feel stronger just like the bottle says and my hair was easy to comb through. However, I wouldn’t use this brand that often for my hair type.

I don’t like the way twist outs look on my hair either. I think it’s just because my hair is low to medium density so I don’t get a lot of volume like I do with a wash n go

It seems like non of the products was absorbing into your hair so your results was surprising. I would have been surprised if it dried immaculately because everything was just sitting on your hair.
