I Tried Making Cider... (using 2 ingredients)

Surprise guest drinkers at the end (one for each).
I bought apple juice, summer fruit juice, and bread yeast from Aldi. Chucked it together and fermented cider (/wine) in my kitchen. Hence, the... mould?
I tried to get my father-in-law to taste some, but after a 400-mile drive and a spillage.
What should I do next lol?
