I understand where you can come from my friend. Depression really is hard especially when it something that hit you hard to put you into this spiral. But just know something, someday it will get better and you wont need these things to "feel better" you'll be happy on your own. Just remember, take care of yourself... Brandon is an awesome dude to commit to the experience. Everyone watches white water rafting on videos, but they do those white caps 0 justice. Some of those waves in class 3 can be 3-4 feet high. As someone who has gone twice and even done a class 5, I am proud of him. Many people would have backed out when they reached the boat ramp (I've seen it many times). Life is about living and part of living is experiencing what life and this world has to offer. He has lived the life that many have and do and he is now in a new chapter.
