I made homemade Oreos once! They're literally my weakness. For me, even though the creme is iconic, I've always just loved the flavor of black cocoa, the cookies without the creme, and I played around with it obsessively for awhile. I think the answer is having money… you can afford personal trainers and dieticians and even personal chefs or better, natural ingredients. But that’s just my guess. It also takes a lot of self control.

Ive always struggled with making meringue and this video had better tips than most videos i actually search for with how to make meringue 😭I never knew you should go for room temp egg whites or that it's best to add the sugar after the egg has started to get foamy.
