Ive been working on script lately using chatgpt ive been playing fivem for 7 months and have learned so much so far with it currently working on Standalone door lock script semi working and aimlabs standalone that make npc spawn infront of players then despawns dead body and npc do combat roll and move to random locations

most of you wont be able to make crazy stuff with gpt as most of you dont understand the coding language so you wont be able to find solutions for crazy mods that require complicated logics with the api natives of gta 5 that we call via the fivem invoke native so most of you that dont know at least 50 procent of the natives available you wont make a lot of crazy stuff as in you can make simple scripts like a garage etc to park cars or block certain actions when in certain scenarios for example engine on when exiting vehicle etc

This is not true at all lol ChatGPT will literally explain everything in great detail and you can easily learn that way while creating a script. I've already made an extensive drug script, fishing script, and mining script. Working on a few different things at the same time. The ONLY thing I do not do is the clean UI people have, other than that you can do everything you can do without ChatGPT and maybe even better.

@@HappyOva are you sure ask it about buffer matrices in lua form instead of javascript ask it to make a complex script for you ask it to make a own core that does not rely on sql for database bro you need to know the most part your self and how are you so sure what chat gpt explains is accurate bro i can assure you if you dont know the natives chat gpt wont be able to know them all as i have tried it many times with it and i had more time wasting with guiding it to use the correct natives and still would mess up still so my solution for you all is this learn the coding logic dont rely on chatgpt fully why you will find your self stuck at simple stuff that can be done withing 10 minutes if you knew the natives and logic behind the lua language and also im someone that litteraly decompile the fivem dll files to understand more then what they show on the fivem docs

@@illie0709 I guess my point is, use it as a tool along side actual studying because it is very helpful. Many things I learned about with coding were from ChatGPT because like you said, I didn't know where to start, so I asked it. It already helped me start a side business. FiveM does not use DLL files, it uses mostly LUA files.

@@HappyOva true use it as a tool and fivem does use dll files because they reverse engineer the native codes to lua gta 5 is not made with lua its made with c++ so all your artefacts for your fivem server have all the codes and logic behind them since we invoke like we do low end api call to the c++ of gta 5 native codes and i tried to add Lua jit since that would allow me to make my own way of calling natives but its restricted due to the lua 5.4 they modified to make to their own needs to run fivem
