Nice video, but Is obvious you can do more. I dont understand why he didnt tell you to squeeze the weights with your legs in the dips and pull ups for more stability and strength, and in pull ups it would have stoped the weights from pulling your lower back. In the muscle up you should have put the plates just like Freddy in front of your legs, and keep the legs together not straddle.

You are strong at weighted calisthenics because you have a strength from front lever and planche so its normal to become strong at weighted calisthenics.

so i take it that if i can do my own bodyweight in pull and push i have already good enough base strength to hold a planche and front lever and the only thing holding me back is training those more?
@hristov_sw
@hristov_sw 4 ай бұрын
That strength from the weighted calisthenics will help you, but definitely will not unlock your planche directly. It can be difficult again, but one thing you can be sure, the base that you have from weights will help you learn it faster and safely.

@hristov_sw Thank you and just one last question if i already achieved the base of bodyweight dip and pull up do i still need to train them or can i transition to full skill training only

Can i ask a question I mean those weights are literally my warm up especially the dips and my bw is 64 but i cant full planche
@Melajied
@Melajied 4 ай бұрын
You need specificity, you probably have enough strength for planching, you just need neural adaptation to a specific movement ( which is the planche in this case). What about handstand push ups? What are your numbers on hspu.

@@Melajied so another thing I cant hand stand So in two days ill complete 1 year with calisthenics And im from Syria That means I can't get a coach or sum like e book So i decide to train completely alone Even without bros coz some why there is no one knows this sport here Yesterday I got 95 kg weighted dips 60kg weighted pullup 15kg muscle up I can do 7 sec straddle planche not a very good form Front lever 7 sec I cant hand stand coz i didn't train it So im literally crying inside coz no one can help me Even i have problem with gaining weight and make a good program I just train what my body feels good about So my schedule is completely fucked
