everyone saying there’s no difference… how can you not tell 😭 there’s a big difference in my eyes, especially considering it’s only a one month difference.

Pilates + calorie deficit, she obv used to work out before. Btw the before is me now and the after is my goal but damn it is hard!! Congrats!!

Every body is different, it's not just pilates, any exercise or consistent workouts will do the same to a person's body. It's the combination of those and what she's eating and her genetics that's making her look a certain way. Pilates isn't some magic workout.

I wish you would show results in the same lighting. The bright sun will show less definition than an indoor room lit from the side. A little misleading and I love Pilates.

As a Pilates Instructor, I call BS. I still don't look like imagine nr2, however, i do like burgers, pizza, sushi and Beer... So who am I to judge 😅

Also included better eating. Exercise alone will not make you lose weight. This is the result if both. That’s just plain old science. You look great!

The key is to find what you actually enjoy doing. I hate resistance training and high impact cardio (it hurts my joints, I find it boring and it makes me hungrier)so I don’t do it. I love Pilates , dancing and walking with clean eating .It’s fun and feels good so I’m consistent for a couple of years now and have my dream body. I have never been able to stick to a routine before. Find an activity you love so you don’t quit whether it’s walking , swimming , CrossFit, bodybuilding whatever.

@@amyV10844 I agree, I have never enjoyed high impact cardio. It makes me want to eat afterward, and it hurts my joints. I have been going to Pilates for two weeks now (5 sessions, soon to be 6, so 3x each week) as an addition to weight training and I love it. I definitely feel a burn, but I also leave mentally relaxed. ❤️ I’m now looking into an unlimited program where I can go 5 to 6 days a week.
