doing this ten min routine everyday! (so this year i can have that summer bodddd) day 1: done! day 2: done! (switched to mornings so i am more energized throughout the day) day 3: done! i feel a lot less bloated after these- started eating healthier too day 4: done! day 5: doneeee!! day 6: done!! day 7:done! (took a small break bc cramps were baddd) day 9: done! forgot to update but day 10 & 11 are done! day 12: done! day 13: done! day 14: done! day 15: doneeee! -on a school trip- back! day 16: done! day 17: done! day 18: done! day 19: done! day 20: done! (had to take a small break due to covid, but all better now and back to normal!) day 21: done! day 22: done! day 23: doneeee! day 24: done and done day 25: done! day 26: done! day 27: done! day 28 done! day 29: done! day 30: done! day 31: done! OFFICIALLY ONE MONTH!! differences ive seen: slimming of stomach and less bloating, thigs have a more noticeable gap. ive been drinking a celery and spinach drink 4x a week as well! lost 3 pounds (111->108!) day 32: done! day 33: done! added weights like to remind me!

That was my first go at a Pilates workout! It was pretty difficult for me as I don’t have a lot of strength and am overweight but I tried to just go slow and focus on my breathing because I heard it’s more about small controlled movements not how fast you can do them! Great workout!👏🏻

its been 7 days since i started, and i see a little changes in my body. my stomach feel thighter and it doesnt bloat like before....my thights feels stronger and smaller also. on the first day i had to take breaks in the middle of exercises and today i did it whole without a break. i definetely recommend it!!!

I appreciate that you don't start the timer until you're in the position. I've seen many vids that start the timer while they're still getting into position which means it's not technically the full time.

@@lifeisrosyy I went into a calorie deficit and made sure to do atleast 30 mins of exercise 5 times a week and it helped me loose weight and get toned! You definitely need to keep consistency bc once I stopped I gained the weight again 😭

i will try doing this for ~~14~~ 8 days! day 1: it felt like more than 10 minutes, made my thighs cramp-- but good workout after stretching day 2: I was so surprised that it felt like 3 minutes! My thighs dont cramp anymore, & my before stretches with my legs, i could stretch them further than before! day 3: i seen some progress, ive been moving this time and i could lift things i normally wouldnt been able to lift day 4: Didnt do it, i was too busy unpacking and sleeping lol day 5: it was great, i could do things very easily and i did one of my own stretches too, my feet go over my head now!! day 6: BEAUTIFUL i seen some good progress i def got more slimmer but not that slim day 7: Didnt do, had multiple school events + wedding to go to day 8: Tomorrows my first day of school since fall break, its almost 12 so i needed to get my beauty sleep! Only got to 7:00, and it felt like nothing!/positive ~~day 9:~~ ~~day 10:~~ ~~day 11:~~ ~~day 12:~~ ~~day 13:~~ ~~day 14:~~ Hii :,) im gonna stop it at 8 days since i have school and ive been so busy lately, i apologize but this workout works so well !! 10/10 ~~like 2 remind me

I've been doing this workout for 5 days now, I can see the changes with my body, for further details, I do it when I wake up or when I'm free but I do it once a day only, I don't really mind my food intake since I'm a Filipino household, what is served is what you eat (mostly rice and food), I can see the outline of my abs now and my curve is showing rlly well and I noticed that when I'm walking I'm no longer having a hard time with my calves so I'm currently going to do this more day by day ❤

been doing this since july 10th. my very first day i was shaking so much, and now my upper body strength has improved. i don’t measure or weigh myself but with the picture progress has a big effect. i do this workout after my usual exercise (30mins). i’m glad i came across your channel. i’ve been gentle with myself and doing this about 3-4 times a week.

@@m-re6ek I was trying eat what worked best for my body which for me was mainly pescatarian, some chicken here and there and a lot of whole foods. I also did Chloe Tings workouts 2-3 times during the week as well. Unfortunately my progress has been lost since becoming pregnant again but I plan on doing this again once I recover after having my baby.

This is the first pilates workout I’ve ever tried but i did some abs workouts from a long time so it wasn't that hard for me. I’ll be commenting here after every time i do this workout as a motivation for me and so that anyone can benefit from my comment! (Sorry for my bad english ^_^;) Jan.1 : ✅ i love it its easy and i already know most of the exercises, and the exercise before the last one was new to me but i love it cuz it feels so effective! Jan.2: ✅ I've done this workout for two days but I can already feel how effective it is especially in my stomach area! I'll surely continue doing this workout! Jan.3: ✅ still going on! Jan.4: ✅ I noticed that I kinda struggle at some of the exercises but I hope I can do them easily next time!

This workout works so well for me keeps me healthy and maintained, I am an overall slim person, but workout has helped me so much with getting rid of unwanted fat as in tummy or Dubble chin. And it's so quick easy and convenient.

ok so ive decided to track my progress over different days! start weight: 64kg Day 1: i found it pretty easy until near the end with the second last leg excersises those HURT, i didn't do the plank because it was just too hard but i was very surprised that 10 minutes went that quickly!! i'll be sure to keep you guys updated tommorrow Day 2: So I did this in the morning with a bowl of chopped apples next to me and they HELPED SO SO MUCH, would definitely recommend!! All the excersizes were pretty good again but the third last one HURT SO SO MUCH but I pushed through, I had to skip about 5 seconds of the plank because i was shaking so hard but i pushed through and finished it all! I love this workout with all my heart because it doesnt feel like a workout it feels like yoga and i love that. Day 3: ALMOST forgot to do it today but i pulled through. didnt have any apples but it was still fine, it definitely felt easier, and i did ALL of the plank which i'm super proud of :) Day 4: everything felt so much easier, i'm going to go on a run around my block too but so far this is my favouritye workout ive ever done! would edfinitely reccomment, i'm going to do a weight check in on the 7 day mark. Day 5: I did it in littole segments and i completed everything except the plank, though, i did do around a half hour of boxing which probably made up for it, it felt a bit harder today though for some reason. Day 6: I was at a friends house so i couldn't :(( Day 7: AGAIN: had a friend over so i couldnt Day 8: had a bit of a busy day, it might be different tommorrow! Day 9: finally did it today!! couldnt do the plank but i did everything else, i hope i can get back into a rhythm soon! Day 10: did it again, was a bit of a struggle but i pulled through!! Day 11: couldnt do it but i did do some boxing so mayabe that makes up for it! Day 12: super super tired and just didnt have any motivation because of external things going on, ill try doing it tommorrow Day 13: didnt do it lol Day 14: did itttt, it felt ok except for the plank, ill weigh in about an hour ANNOUNCMENT!! so, ive been doing this for a little while with my main goal to lose weight. this workout may be keeping me fit and may be working for others but i think i am going to try a different one, ill put the link in the comment!! keeping track of progress: I did most of it except for the plank and the 3rd last exercise. The workout was fun! I enjoyed it but after I was done I was surely shaking 😂 Day2 the last 3 workouts were beginning to feel easier. The first workout was totally killing because my stomach was tightening. It's been my goal to get into pilates for several months now and today I finally got off my butt and did it. I had severe sciatica and a herniated disc in my low back that basically had me handicapped for the past year and a half. Lots of physical therapy and a epidural spinal injection and now I finally feel safe to move in my body again. My physical therapist suggested I do pilates as she thought I would be good at it and benefit a lot from it. These moves were pretty easy but I could feel the burn and a little shaking towards the end! Hopefully I can be disciplined and keep at it, I think this is my ideal form of exercise

I'm gonna do this for 5 days, and see the results Day 1 (Yesterday): I completed the whole workout without skipping a step, but it was very difficult and I was shaking Day 2: It was much easier! I wasn't trembling as much this time Day 3: It got soo much easier! I wasn't as exhausted after (sorry for the late edit, I forgot to edit it yesterday) Day 4: Getting a lot easier! I barely even shake anymore. There's clear improvement Day 5: Wow.. I've gotten so much stronger only five days in! I definitely recommend trying this, it wont disappoint.

Perfect for a “soft” workout! Definitely can feel it working and it takes a lot of energy, but doesn’t wipe you out and allows you to continue your day

trying this routine!! 💞 november 26: done twice. it was pretty hard november 27: done! i felt pain in my legs and belly all morning but i think it’s normal november 28: done. it felt easier than the other days november 29 & december 1:i didn’t do it because i was sick december 2: done! it felt a lot easier and i’m starting to see some changes. by the way i’m eating really bad in these days so i’ll try to eat less in the next days

gonna document to keep me motivated Mass: 70kg+ aim is 55kg Day1: Did not struggle at the start, became harder towards middle, then it was super hard. (nah but the amount of sweat) Was able to do everything but I think I did some wrong. Did stretches with dumbells and additional weights after. Day2: Muscles did not hurt since yesterday. Did everything except the plank because I did one exercise twice. Day: 3 Was on a cruise and the cabin was very small so couldn't do it GUYS I FORGOT TO UPDATE BUT IM STILL DPOMG IT!!!

Ive been trying a variation of yoga/workouts so im doing my progress: Day 1: The last part was probably the hardest and I suck at planks so I was shocked I was actually able to hold it! I already feel stronger but I reccoment listining to some music or watching a show to distract you because I found it helped ! :) Day 2: I woke up early to do this!I was VERY sore from yesterday but I was able to complete everything but my stomach and thighs are so sore! Day 3: Since today is my last day doing this workout for the next two days (I'm going on a short holiday) I really pushed myself this time and it payed off! I am now able to do the situps which i wasn't able to, the leg crunches and the plank! Which is all amazinggg!! Remember you are human and things take time:) Anyway, bye for a few days!!

Just do your best! I also started w 0 strength, I'm a year out from a back surgery just doing what I can every other day. Take breaks, don't feel ashamed! Starting and trying is better than nothing at all, and I hope you'll find your strength grow each time you try!

Been doing it for weeks, such a good workout, works the hole body and makes you feel so great and pround of yourself after. Even tho its not that hard🤭 the ads in the middle of a set is quite annoying tho): overall great workout! keep up the good work💗 and who ever is reading this, i know you can do it! just push yourself, and it will become so so much easier. trust me!

I’m gonna try to do this Pilates workout for 10 days and see if it made a change! I will update you every day! I'm a 14 year old who is very insecure about herself, but I want to change in better! I’m going to be in a calorie deficit too! Height: 155 cm Weight: 57 kg My target weight is between 47-50 kg. I don’t expect to lose all this weight in a few days, but I will try to stay consistent. Day 1- ✅ Did it! Even though I made some small breaks, my hands were sweaty and they slipped from the mat and I couldn't finish the plank, I felt the burn! My lower belly was burning!! Also, this workout felt so short even though it was ten minutes! I felt like I did it in like 2 mins. Overall, I liked this very much! Day 2- ✅ My body was sore from yesterday but it wasn’t so bad. My hands were again sweaty so they slipped a few times… Also, today I played some Taylor Swift to keep me in the mood!😋 I forgot to mention but I will also go on a walk in the evening! Day 3-✅ I took some breaks, but managed to do it! My abs felt the pain!! Guess it works! Day 4- ❌ I was out with my friends all day :( Day 5- ✅ Day 6-❌ Again, I was out with my friends, but I’m going to add 2 more days so I can still achieve my goal Day 7- ✅ I did take some breaks, but I finished. Also, I’m going to pair this workout with some other 5 minutes workouts for some body parts since I think it will be more effective Day 8- ✅ Day 9-❌ I am very sorry, but today I celebrated my friend’s birthday and I got home late Hello! I’m sorry for not updating anymore, but this workout just wasn’t for me. I wasn’t feeling motivated at all. But I will continue working out, just with not this video. have been doing this along with a shirlyn kim video almost every night for a while now. it's made such a difference to my confidence and i'm really seeing results!! i'm using this as a replacement for the gym now as i've broken my toe (lol) so cardio is not for me atm. but it's really helped my mindset and body a lot! when i do run and do cardio, i tend to manage a lot longer with it since doing this workout!!

I haven't done any workouts for a few years, but decided to start with that routine. For better motivation, I'm going to write my progress here : 20.08 - did everything except for plank (managed only 10 seconds of it 😅) 21.08 - it was kinda harder, did everything but plank (only a few seconds) 22.08 - yay, was easier and I managed to do my plank for a little bit longer 23.08 - managed everything better but didn`t do the plank. Overoll much better feeling 24.08 - my body feels much stronger 25.08 - done, but kinda getting ennoyed by that routine. I feel the muscles, so i guess it works 26.08 - done everything, feeling great 27.08 - everything was much easier, and I can see how my body changed 🙂 28.08 - plank wasn`t as hard, at it was before. I think i`m gonna do 2 weeks (another 5 days) of that routine and switch to a harder one 29.08 - did it 30.08 - I'm proud of myself for incorporating sports into my everyday life. It feels great to sense the muscles and see the difference in my body before and after workouts 🙃 31.08 - yesterday there was a party and I had some drinks (and usually I don't drink), so today I didn't complete the last 3 exercises, feeling pretty bad 😅 1.09 - I decided to skip that day. I didn`t have enough sleep and feeling really tired

Heyy so i’m in ED recovery and i been doing this for 3 days now (js got done day 3) along w a couple other vids and i must say that pilates is way different then i thought even better then i imagined and it’s been making me so so much better abt my body and getting my strength back without exhausting my body i’m already feeling my body getting more toned and js stronger and i can’t wait to keep going and update y’all :)

I’ve been doing this workout for about 2 weeks now (bare in mind I do other stuff but mainly glutes and arm workouts) I started doing this workout to help me focus on my core area and shaping my body in general and I can tell you this works! It’s become so much easier that I do 3 others of her workouts with this one :) keep going girlies it will start to pay off x

I lost my streak last week so I'm doing it again 💀 Day 1: The first three exercises hurt but bearable. I really like this workout it's very calming and is great if you're lazy. Anyways, first day done‼️ Day 2: A bit harder today because I was already tired but powered through. Second day done. Day 3: Done Day 4: Did a little of cardio before doing this. Time feels fast when you're doing this. Done! Day 5: A bit more painful than usual? But powered through! Day 5 done. Day6: Decided to take a break today Day7: Done Day8: Was really tired but still did it. Done

I am doing this exercise for as long as possible! My goal is to get fit before summer and maybe try some exercises to grow a bit. I don’t want to lose weight as I am now already really underweight. (16y.o, 158-159cm, 43kg), goal: 162cm, 47kg I am doing this once a day, but I’m also doing more pilates videos everyday, not just this one Day 1 - It was kinda hard, took small breaks, no results ofc Day 2 - didn’t have time Day 3 - second time doing it, still kinda hard, took small breaks Day 4 - still hard to do, but a bit easier than before, took less breaks Day 5 - finally did it without breaks, I see some results on my stomach Day 6 - no breaks needed, I see an improvement in my strength (the exercise is a lot easier compared to day 1) Day 7 - still kinda hard, but done, I just watched another pilates video and realized I have been doing it wrong, so before you start, make sure to learn what to do with your stomach while doing the exercises and how to breathe Day 8 - my stomach is kinda big 😂 that’s because I am trying to gain weight, but I can see my core getting stronger, did it one more time in the evening and I didn’t even have to put my legs on the floor between each exercise like before, love the progress Day 9 - got my period so I couldn’t do it bc of the cramps Day 10 - Done! I can actually see results

I've been doing almost all of her workouts and got great results so far, for the past few weeks I've been doing this, the key is to suck in your stomach during these workouts and remember to breath. I see my ribs and an ab crack which is amazing, My butt also looks different too! When I go on the scale my weight is still the same which is a bummer but I feel confident in my body. Drink tea with lemon or honey, drink lot's of water (very cliche but it works) And eat slowly. Love these workouts it's very easy to do every day and love.

updating a 7 day challenge here! starting my journey again after a 5 month hiatus… gonna try to incorporate this as much as i can :) Day 1: wasn’t too difficult, gave me motivation to continue this everyday! Day 2: my abs felt pretty sore this morning, i’m assuming it’s from this workout! i did this workout again today, it was great! let’s hope i stay consistent! Day3: almost wanted to skip this but the a fact that it’s only 10mins made me persevere! Day 4: skipped it because I was genuinely busy an exhausted - however, I did wake up feeling sore from the past 3 days of working out! Will continue on Day5!! Day 5: The plank is always the hardest part. but it’ll be worth it!

Starting January 14 at 143 lbs. doing it for two weeks Day 1: easy at first then really hard, side legs killed me. Made my muscles burn a bunch Day 2: was harder, cause I was a bit sore from the day before. Its not that hard but you can definitely feel it. Had to take a break after the first leg lifts Day 3: harder, i was really sore from the day before. Day 4: easier than the last day. I dont have to take a break after the leg lifts and stuff. Day 5: hard, same as the day before. Sort of sore but not much Day 6: got sick so stopped doing it. Gonna restart 😢 Day 1: hard, burning everywhere Day 2: way harder cause my muscles are sore from the day before had to take a break at tje side stretch. Those ones kill me lol Day 3: was easier sore still

I've been doing this for about a month with some little small two day breaks for a vacation. And I have to say it definitely is toning my abs a lot. Obviously I needed more time but I can see a difference and this has helped me get more workout videos in after this ( it's become a warmup for me now ). So all in all great video still hate workout number 5 it's still challenging for me

Just finished my first workout with this video! I am not athletic at all, and this workout was not the “easiest” but it’s a great workout that doesn’t make me feel like I want to throw up. I modified some of the poses as I have back and heart issues, but I am glad this was my introduction to pilates 🥰

I'm going to do this for a week, to see results, right now I'm 55,6 kg Day 1: begging was slightly difficult, but then it became easier, after finishing I felt lightness. Definitely I liked it Day 2: I was kinda procrastinating but I did it, it was much easier than at the first day Day 3: I was full of enthusiasm and did it easily but my legs hurt a bit Day 4: I did it, but this exercise is still difficult to me 9:16 Btw I'm not on the diet Day 5: I was really tired but I did it it was much faster and more easier, I suppose pilates is for me:) Day 6 & 7 I took a rest due to own problems but I'll continue doing it tomorrow Day 8: As I promised I did it, I relized that it became the part of my daily routine, I'm just relaxing while doing it Day 9: I did it and add extra exercises for abc zone, feeling well) I took a rest for two days Day 10: ✅️

comment to remind me 💕 start: 153lbs w: 30.5” goal: 140lbs w: 27” current: 149lbs w: 29.5” UPDATE: i can wear clothes that didn’t fit before and my stomach is flatter and firmer 🥰 my face slimmed down and my water retention has gone to normal. my mom says i look thinner so fast will do this every day until i get to my goal and always update. my overall goal is to be stronger and move my body better. to note: i am trying a strict diet, eating clean, and also exercising in other ways. this is for my own accountability to stick with it 💗 just always wanted to try pilates 🥺 day 1 (may 18): couldn’t even get through the whole video without pausing every 3 minutes. really bad form but i did it!! i had to keep stopping during the leg workouts because i started cramping 😭 day 2 (19): i was able to get through the whole video without pausing this time and i felt so good about it that i did the whole exercise a second time. felt so good afterwards! day 3 (20): i skipped because i only had 2 hrs of sleep and had to go to work today 😭 but i still ate good and walked 7k steps!! day 4 (21): i did dance cardio for 30 minutes right before doing this and i noticed such a big improvement in how i danced and moved. i had more control over my body and i was doing the steps significantly better. my core was more stable and i know this workout is the reason!!! 💗 day 5 (22): i was going to rest today and just do yoga but ended up craving and eating chocolate throughout the day. i felt so guilty so i did this before bed and i felt so good afterwards! 😌 my form is getting way better in just the 5th day! i’m try my hardest to do it the way she does may 23: done ✅ may 24: not sure?? may 25: done 💗 may 26: not sure? i think i rested! may 27: i went out with my friend and felt so good fitting in shorts that haven’t fit me since January! (it fits even better than back then) and i did this after i went home 🥰 confidence boost of just showing up for yourself is insane! may 28: done ✅ may 29: done 💗 plus i tried half of another video on her channel too. :) i treated myself to good food today but still low calories. but then i felt bloated all through the night until tomorrow. 😞 may 30: today i skipped for rest. and to let my body reset from yesterday. did flexibility yoga. my muscles feel sore and i walked 3k steps instead. may 31: done! did this and yoga this morning. i’ll do it again later tonight after i’ve eaten because i felt a bit weak doing this. i was feeling anxious today and that affected my workout 😞 i felt my form could’ve been better. ~~update night session done 💗💗 it’s so hard to update cuz i wasn’t able to keep track of the days! but i never rest for more than two days. and if i feel strong, i try to do it twice or add another type of exercise 🥰

This is a really good workout, done it since just before August and I feel a lot stronger now. I've even decided to alter some of the movements a bit to make them for difficult so I can keep getting stronger, highly recommend doing it x.

After slowly recovering from a car accident I've decided to start doing pilates and workout! I have an injured lower leg/foot so some of the exercises were hard but i can't wait to start doing this all the time and see my progress with healing and health!

I'm new with the whole Pilates thing, my goal is to lose weight and get stronger, so I will be attempting to do this workout everyday no excuses!!!🌟 1) January 7th ✅ 2) January 8th ✅-> Today my abs were burning, and my legs were so sore from yesterday workout omg, but I pushed through yay! 3) January 9th ✅-> This morning I was sore, but I feel a bit of a strength sensation within my abs area and bit on my arms. 4) January 10th ✅-> I'm still feeling the same soreness in the same areas, but overall good workout 5) January 11th ✅-> My abs feel much stronger I'm able to do a full 30 sec plank without at least stopping one time and it was a little harder to get out bed this morning, but I did it for you guys :) 6) January 12th ✅ -> Today I felt very unmotivated and just tired with pain, but I got the workout done though. 7) January 13th ✅--> the workout was a little hard today, but I felt no pain while doing the work out a win situation 8) January 14th✅--> I can't believe I hit a week and that I did this work out a little late today, but I think it's just better to get it over with in the mornings. 9) January 15th✅--> I felt good with this workout, and it went by fast honestly 10) January 16th✅--> Really felt the burn with this workout, I need to get more hours of sleep and limit on my eating choices. 11) January 17th ✅--> Today workout was decent, I'm a little sick with stuffy nose and bit of sore throat but Ik I have to pull through. 12) January 18th✅ --> I told myself I was going to do this workout at the end of today because I was bed stuck in the bed with a stuffy nose, but knowing I would be so tired at the end of the day, I pushed myself of the bed and I needed to go to bed much earlier. The workout was just so tiring and a tiny bit painful. ❌❌❌ (I took 3 days off because my period came around and just felt in some much pain and just disappoint because I broke my 12 days streak and you guys honestly and today, I will get back on track with these workouts.)❌❌❌ 1) January 22nd ✅ the workout was super hard to do today, but imma keep pushing

Amazing workout ! I am doing it as part of your weekly routine and it was actually hard😅 these leg kicks will be the death of me. I'm trying to get back into sport after a spine injury and an ED who ended my hopes of being a female non-pro boxer. To anyone trying to better themselves with just baby steps, I FEEL YOU WE CAN DO THIS!!!❤

day 1 done! i think i will stick to this workout on a daily basis untill im confident enough with every move, thank you very much! most "beginner" workout are not really suitable for people who haven't worked out but we still need to gain muscle strength somehow, so it used to bw very discouraging before i found this one

I do this workout everyday as long with a few other workouts and I can tell you this has worked so well for me and keeps my body in extremely well shape!!

first time doing pilates workout, the first exercises made me think this would be kinda easy but the after break especially proved me wrong, plus the 30sec ad in the middle that made me question if I should drop my leg until the ad is done or if I should keep going 🥲😂 And the plank at the end kinda killed me but overall it was really interesting to do and I will do it again. It is a nice break from the cardio I did 2 days ago, but it still make those muscles work !! Great video ! I would add previews though, so we don't have to wait for you to make the first complete movement to begin the exercize, especially if we don't understand the movement at first, it makes us lost some seconds !

The first time I did this workout I was like this is so difficult but over time as I began to do this workout consistently it began to be so easy!! And I’ve seen a lot of results over the past few months

Trying this out for a month Weight :54 goal:49 waist:33 Doing this workout + 5000 steps+diet Day 1 : ✅(it was pretty easy but the leg part and plank nearly killed me) Day 2: ✅ (absolutely literally killed me) Day 3 : ✅ it was pretty easy was able to execute every single move except plank Day 4 : ✅ can't believe I continued this.. It was nice Day 5 : ✅ why did everything felt so tough again? Day 6 : skipped Day 7 : starting a new workout

little diary here !! ^_^ day 1: whew im trembling like a leaf HAHA, finishing it was so fulfilling! it's definitely for beginners like me. easy and short but you feel it! day 2: still trembling like a leaf, but i managed to do the other exercises better than yesterday, love it when it ends ahhhh! day 3: skipped one day because of period cramps >

@@aisha-du4ul hey aisha! skipped 2 days but i'm back! it feels really good rn altho it felt less easier to do some exercises. progress on my body wise, not so much, but i definitely feel my posture is improving! (i work a lot on my pc and this really helped my back aches! ofc with other stretches i do as well) ^^

13 years old! I have started doing this and omg I kept struggling! Still going to keep trying to get better in pe! Love this thank! I will keep doing this early in mornings ♡♡♡ definitely recommend because I still feel it in my legs and arm, I also kept getting leg cramps😭

I have done cardios, dance workouts but this year i felt called to try pilates and tbh i really enjoyed my first day, even if it was a bit hard but so much fun!! Commited to this for next 6 months abd excited to see how easy it gets with each day i do this Day 1 ✅
