(had to take a small break due to covid, but all better now and back to normal!) day 21: done! day 22: done! day 23: doneeee! day 24: done and done day 25: done! day 26: done! day 27: done! day 28 done! day 29: done! day 30: done! day 31: done! OFFICIALLY ONE MONTH!! differences ive seen: slimming of stomach and less bloating, thigs have a more noticeable gap. ive been drinking a celery and spinach drink 4x a week as well! lost 3 pounds (111->108!) day 32: done! day 33: done! added weights like to remind me!

Here are tips for each workout: ALL PILATES MOVEMENTS ARE SLOW AND CONTROLLED! DONT FORGET TO BREATHE❤ 1. 0:00 Keep knees at a 90⁰ angle after lifting up, no need to lift up head if it hurts or strains your neck 2. 0:57 Toe Taps: keep knees at a 90⁰ angle THE WHOLE TIME. As you put your toe down, Keep 90⁰ bend at the knees. 3. 1:45 The 100: Keep knees at a 90⁰ or at a slightly higher angle, head must be lifted, and it's call the 100 bc you're supposed to lift your arms up and down 100 times 4. 2:36 The roll up: just like the name, you roll your body up. When lifting up, curve your back one vertebrae at a time, once all the way up reach past your toes, then roll back down one vertebrae at a time. 5. 3:21 Bridge: tighten glutes when you lift up and try to make a straight diagonal line with your torso. Place down slowly. Really squeeze your glutes 6. 4:07 Like bridge, keep straight torso. But keep knees at a 90⁰ when lifting. Break streach: 5:00. Cat to Cow, get in table top position which is on knees and hands with neutral spine, curve your spine up like a cat, then SLOWLY curve spine inwards like you're trying to touch your head to tail bone 7: 5:28 : keep neutral spine, head looking down along with spine, opposite leg is arm. Left leg, right arm. Right leg, left arm 8: 6:15 : keep neutral spine and neck, leg stays above hips. Pulsing slowly. 9: 7:01 : forearm is on ground while other is slightly bent. Body is slightly opened to the side, kick leg up diagonal. 10 : 7:49 : same as #8. Opposite side 11: 8:37 : same as #9. Opposite side 12: 9:21 : Down dog to Plank: go into downward dog position and steadily move into standard plank position (straight back, on feet and hands) and go back and forth. 13: 10:08 : Plank: Keep straight back and neutral spine for all types of planks, planks can be modified to be on knees or feet. That was my first go at a Pilates workout! It was pretty difficult for me as I don’t have a lot of strength and am overweight but I tried to just go slow and focus on my breathing because I heard it’s more about small controlled movements not how fast you can do them! Great workout!👏🏻

I'm starting to work out after a couple years and I just be stronger and feel more energized with this. day 1: done! nov 27 day 2: done! nov 28 (paired it with a 5 minute jog and steps goal, was a little hard) day 3: done! nov 29 (it was relatively easier today and I'm gonna continue my jogging too) day 4: done! nov 30 day 5: done! dec 1 (it's getting easier but I'm gonna stick around till it gets very easy) skipped on dec 2 day 6: done! dec 3 (it was a little difficult after the skip day but i guess I was feeling lazy)

@@lifeisrosyy I went into a calorie deficit and made sure to do atleast 30 mins of exercise 5 times a week and it helped me loose weight and get toned! You definitely need to keep consistency bc once I stopped I gained the weight again 😭

i will try doing this for ~~14~~ 8 days! day 1: it felt like more than 10 minutes, made my thighs cramp-- but good workout after stretching day 2: I was so surprised that it felt like 3 minutes! My thighs dont cramp anymore, & my before stretches with my legs, i could stretch them further than before! day 3: i seen some progress, ive been moving this time and i could lift things i normally wouldnt been able to lift day 4: Didnt do it, i was too busy unpacking and sleeping lol day 5: it was great, i could do things very easily and i did one of my own stretches too, my feet go over my head now!! day 6: BEAUTIFUL i seen some good progress i def got more slimmer but not that slim day 7: Didnt do, had multiple school events + wedding to go to day 8: Tomorrows my first day of school since fall break, its almost 12 so i needed to get my beauty sleep! Only got to 7:00, and it felt like nothing!/positive ~~day 9:~~ ~~day 10:~~ ~~day 11:~~ ~~day 12:~~ ~~day 13:~~ ~~day 14:~~ Hii :,) im gonna stop it at 8 days since i have school and ive been so busy lately, i apologize but this workout works so well !! 10/10 ~~like 2 remind me

I've been doing this workout for 5 days now, I can see the changes with my body, for further details, I do it when I wake up or when I'm free but I do it once a day only, I don't really mind my food intake since I'm a Filipino household, what is served is what you eat (mostly rice and food), I can see the outline of my abs now and my curve is showing rlly well and I noticed that when I'm walking I'm no longer having a hard time with my calves so I'm currently going to do this more day by day ❤

Doing this for the whole of January (new year new me iykyk) and maybe longer i also will write a review at the end and probably keep doing it or maybe more onto longer + harder ones next! Start Date 07/01/25 Day 1 ✅ It was quite sore and defiantly pushes your core you just need to remember to breathe because i started holding my breath without realising and began to feel a bit sick so please breathe! Day 2 ✅ today i didnt do this work out but i have a gym session at a university for my football so i will be doing that instead Day three ✅ Im slowly starting to get stronger at this on only day three which is epic, although i cramp up on this exercise 7:12 so i just do hip dips, which im not the best at (i can do about 30 out of 45 seconds) so yeah Day 4 ❓

@@m-re6ek I was trying eat what worked best for my body which for me was mainly pescatarian, some chicken here and there and a lot of whole foods. I also did Chloe Tings workouts 2-3 times during the week as well. Unfortunately my progress has been lost since becoming pregnant again but I plan on doing this again once I recover after having my baby.

been doing this since july 10th. my very first day i was shaking so much, and now my upper body strength has improved. i don’t measure or weigh myself but with the picture progress has a big effect. i do this workout after my usual exercise (30mins). i’m glad i came across your channel. i’ve been gentle with myself and doing this about 3-4 times a week.

Tbh in my opinion it is bc although it’s challenging you can get through it with enough determination , there’s also a lot of rest. When I have periods of not working out this is my go to workout to get started because it’s a good level of intensity

ok so ive decided to track my progress over different days! start weight: 64kg Day 1: i found it pretty easy until near the end with the second last leg excersises those HURT, i didn't do the plank because it was just too hard but i was very surprised that 10 minutes went that quickly!! i'll be sure to keep you guys updated tommorrow Day 2: So I did this in the morning with a bowl of chopped apples next to me and they HELPED SO SO MUCH, would definitely recommend!! All the excersizes were pretty good again but the third last one HURT SO SO MUCH but I pushed through, I had to skip about 5 seconds of the plank because i was shaking so hard but i pushed through and finished it all! I love this workout with all my heart because it doesnt feel like a workout it feels like yoga and i love that. Day 3: ALMOST forgot to do it today but i pulled through. didnt have any apples but it was still fine, it definitely felt easier, and i did ALL of the plank which i'm super proud of :) Day 4: everything felt so much easier, i'm going to go on a run around my block too but so far this is my favouritye workout ive ever done! would edfinitely reccomment, i'm going to do a weight check in on the 7 day mark. Day 5: I did it in littole segments and i completed everything except the plank, though, i did do around a half hour of boxing which probably made up for it, it felt a bit harder today though for some reason. Day 6: I was at a friends house so i couldn't :(( Day 7: AGAIN: had a friend over so i couldnt Day 8: had a bit of a busy day, it might be different tommorrow! Day 9: finally did it today!! couldnt do the plank but i did everything else, i hope i can get back into a rhythm soon! Day 10: did it again, was a bit of a struggle but i pulled through!! Day 11: couldnt do it but i did do some boxing so mayabe that makes up for it! Day 12: super super tired and just didnt have any motivation because of external things going on, ill try doing it tommorrow Day 13: didnt do it lol Day 14: did itttt, it felt ok except for the plank, ill weigh in about an hour ANNOUNCMENT!! so, ive been doing this for a little while with my main goal to lose weight. this workout may be keeping me fit and may be working for others but i think i am going to try a different one, ill put the link in the comment!! Before writing this comment I'd already been this routine for a whole week everyday I haven't noticed much but to be honest I didn't weigh myself or check my waistline before starting my two weeks anyway... lets see what happens:D As well as doing this, I do an additional 10 minutes of focused exercise daily here is my typical workout schedule: Weekly Workout Plan Monday: Flexibility - 10 mins Tuesday: Core - 10 mins Wednesday: Rest Thursday: Lower Strength - 10 mins Friday: Core - 10 mins Saturday: Flexibility - 10 mins Sunday: Pilates- 10 mins I also am doing a 1 month no sugar diet, so no cookies, ice cream, desert and added sugar for a month:) 1st week: Done

gonna document to keep me motivated Mass: 70kg+ aim is 55kg Day1: Did not struggle at the start, became harder towards middle, then it was super hard. (nah but the amount of sweat) Was able to do everything but I think I did some wrong. Did stretches with dumbells and additional weights after. Day2: Muscles did not hurt since yesterday. Did everything except the plank because I did one exercise twice. Day: 3 Was on a cruise and the cabin was very small so couldn't do it GUYS I FORGOT TO UPDATE BUT IM STILL DPOMG IT!!!

I'm gonna do this for 5 days, and see the results Day 1 (Yesterday): I completed the whole workout without skipping a step, but it was very difficult and I was shaking Day 2: It was much easier! I wasn't trembling as much this time Day 3: It got soo much easier! I wasn't as exhausted after (sorry for the late edit, I forgot to edit it yesterday) Day 4: Getting a lot easier! I barely even shake anymore. There's clear improvement Day 5: Wow.. I've gotten so much stronger only five days in! I definitely recommend trying this, it wont disappoint.

I am doing this exercise for as long as possible! My goal is to get fit before summer and maybe try some exercises to grow a bit. I don’t want to lose weight as I am now already really underweight. (16y.o, 158-159cm, 43kg), goal: 162cm, 47kg I am doing this once a day, but I’m also doing more pilates videos everyday, not just this one Day 1 - It was kinda hard, took small breaks, no results ofc Day 2 - didn’t have time Day 3 - second time doing it, still kinda hard, took small breaks Day 4 - still hard to do, but a bit easier than before, took less breaks Day 5 - finally did it without breaks, I see some results on my stomach Day 6 - no breaks needed, I see an improvement in my strength (the exercise is a lot easier compared to day 1) Day 7 - still kinda hard, but done, I just watched another pilates video and realized I have been doing it wrong, so before you start, make sure to learn what to do with your stomach while doing the exercises and how to breathe Day 8 - my stomach is kinda big 😂 that’s because I am trying to gain weight, but I can see my core getting stronger, did it one more time in the evening and I didn’t even have to put my legs on the floor between each exercise like before, love the progress Day 9 - got my period so I couldn’t do it bc of the cramps Day 10 - Done! I can actually see results

I haven't done any workouts for a few years, but decided to start with that routine. For better motivation, I'm going to write my progress here : 20.08 - did everything except for plank (managed only 10 seconds of it 😅) 21.08 - it was kinda harder, did everything but plank (only a few seconds) 22.08 - yay, was easier and I managed to do my plank for a little bit longer 23.08 - managed everything better but didn`t do the plank. Overoll much better feeling 24.08 - my body feels much stronger 25.08 - done, but kinda getting ennoyed by that routine. I feel the muscles, so i guess it works 26.08 - done everything, feeling great 27.08 - everything was much easier, and I can see how my body changed 🙂 28.08 - plank wasn`t as hard, at it was before. I think i`m gonna do 2 weeks (another 5 days) of that routine and switch to a harder one 29.08 - did it 30.08 - I'm proud of myself for incorporating sports into my everyday life. It feels great to sense the muscles and see the difference in my body before and after workouts 🙃 31.08 - yesterday there was a party and I had some drinks (and usually I don't drink), so today I didn't complete the last 3 exercises, feeling pretty bad 😅 1.09 - I decided to skip that day. I didn`t have enough sleep and feeling really tired

I’m gonna try to do this Pilates workout for 10 days and see if it made a change! I will update you every day! I'm a 14 year old who is very insecure about herself, but I want to change in better! I’m going to be in a calorie deficit too! Height: 155 cm Weight: 57 kg My target weight is between 47-50 kg. I don’t expect to lose all this weight in a few days, but I will try to stay consistent. Day 1- ✅ Did it! Even though I made some small breaks, my hands were sweaty and they slipped from the mat and I couldn't finish the plank, I felt the burn! My lower belly was burning!! Also, this workout felt so short even though it was ten minutes! I felt like I did it in like 2 mins. Overall, I liked this very much! Day 2- ✅ My body was sore from yesterday but it wasn’t so bad. My hands were again sweaty so they slipped a few times… Also, today I played some Taylor Swift to keep me in the mood!😋 I forgot to mention but I will also go on a walk in the evening! Day 3-✅ I took some breaks, but managed to do it! My abs felt the pain!! Guess it works! Day 4- ❌ I was out with my friends all day :( Day 5- ✅ Day 6-❌ Again, I was out with my friends, but I’m going to add 2 more days so I can still achieve my goal Day 7- ✅ I did take some breaks, but I finished. Also, I’m going to pair this workout with some other 5 minutes workouts for some body parts since I think it will be more effective Day 8- ✅ Day 9-❌ I am very sorry, but today I celebrated my friend’s birthday and I got home late Hello! I’m sorry for not updating anymore, but this workout just wasn’t for me. I wasn’t feeling motivated at all. But I will continue working out, just with not this video. haven't done any workout for like half a year and this one feels like a good kickstart, as i want to be fit and feel good in my body again [UPDATE] been a week trying this every morning except last sunday (had an event that requires standing almost all day), idk about physical result since my scales is broken and i forgot to measure my body before starting this workout, but i love the fact that it makes me feel good and happier after every session. i also noticed that it increases my appetite for healthy foods, especially protein rich food, my sweets cravings also decreased. imma continue doing this because it fits into my schedule, will probably increase the time and difficulty after i get used to this one. good luck for me and everyone doing this!

keeping track of progress: I did most of it except for the plank and the 3rd last exercise. The workout was fun! I enjoyed it but after I was done I was surely shaking 😂 Day2 the last 3 workouts were beginning to feel easier. The first workout was totally killing because my stomach was tightening. I'm going to do this for a week, to see results, right now I'm 55,6 kg Day 1: begging was slightly difficult, but then it became easier, after finishing I felt lightness. Definitely I liked it Day 2: I was kinda procrastinating but I did it, it was much easier than at the first day Day 3: I was full of enthusiasm and did it easily but my legs hurt a bit Day 4: I did it, but this exercise is still difficult to me 9:16 Btw I'm not on the diet Day 5: I was really tired but I did it it was much faster and more easier, I suppose pilates is for me:) Day 6 & 7 I took a rest due to own problems but I'll continue doing it tomorrow Day 8: As I promised I did it, I relized that it became the part of my daily routine, I'm just relaxing while doing it Day 9: I did it and add extra exercises for abc zone, feeling well) I took a rest for two days Day 10: ✅️

doing this routine along with Shyrlin Kim's "10 min flat belly pilates at home / tiny waist (no wider) & core / beginner friendly" and Anna McNulty's "Do this every night to get flexible in your sleep! Bed flexibility stretches" until summer! I also have karate classes (45 mins each) 4 times a week. time in total for both vids: 31:50 cc: day 1 / October 20th 2024 : ✔ done! not a big fan of the last ones but it was fairly easy day 2 / October 21st 2024 / Karate day : ✔ done! the kick one and the one before that lowkey hurt my base leg more than the active leg haha, also not a big fan of planks. Everything else was fine! day 3 / October 22nd 2024 : ✔ done! I did notice way less shaking in my plank comparered to Monday and Tuesday, since usually im shaking like crazy but can still hold a plank for a while haha day 4 / October 23rd 2024 / Karate day (longer class) : ✔ eurrggg im tiredd but done day 5 / October 24th 2024: ✔ donee! today i noticed has been easier than day 1, and i noticed that by the 3rd kick my base leg started to hurt. but surprisingly, for the other leg for kicks, it took longer to burn., and I only took a second to pause one time. Deffo getting easier day 6 / October 25th 2024: ✔ done!

i've almost fully recovered from anorexia and my final step to prove to myself that I can live without an ED is to exercise without disordered thought patterns - it's 1:47 in the morning and I'm ovulating which means I can't sleep and I had loads of energy so instead of going crazy, I did this workout AND I DID IT WITH NO ED BRAIN PATTERN AT ALL WE DO RECOVER !!!

for the last 6 months ive been in such a bad place mentally and as of recently ive been trying so hard to get my life back together!! i just started doing this workout and as hard as it was for me - it made me feel more productive! and i felt so proud of myself that i managed to finish it!! im on day 2 now and im going to try my hardest to make progress :) good luck to everyone, i believe in all of you ❤❤❤

I lost my streak last week so I'm doing it again 💀 Day 1: The first three exercises hurt but bearable. I really like this workout it's very calming and is great if you're lazy. Anyways, first day done‼️ Day 2: A bit harder today because I was already tired but powered through. Second day done. Day 3: Done Day 4: Did a little of cardio before doing this. Time feels fast when you're doing this. Done! Day 5: A bit more painful than usual? But powered through! Day 5 done. Day6: Decided to take a break today Day7: Done Day8: Was really tired but still did it. Done

i will be doing this for a month. remind me to keep going! (july 2nd, 24) day 1: it wasn't necessarily hard, but it was exhausting. i definitely did sweat and im shaking a little. its my first time doing pilates, so i had no idea what muscles we were targeting or any of that sort off stuff. i will say that i just finished and i surprisingly dont feel worn out and knocked out, in-fact i feel a little more lively and feel incomplete like i can do more. i feel in some sense for energized. see you tomorrow!

updating a 7 day challenge here! starting my journey again after a 5 month hiatus… gonna try to incorporate this as much as i can :) Day 1: wasn’t too difficult, gave me motivation to continue this everyday! Day 2: my abs felt pretty sore this morning, i’m assuming it’s from this workout! i did this workout again today, it was great! let’s hope i stay consistent! Day3: almost wanted to skip this but the a fact that it’s only 10mins made me persevere! Day 4: skipped it because I was genuinely busy an exhausted - however, I did wake up feeling sore from the past 3 days of working out! Will continue on Day5!! Day 5: The plank is always the hardest part. but it’ll be worth it!

Been doing it for weeks, such a good workout, works the hole body and makes you feel so great and pround of yourself after. Even tho its not that hard🤭 the ads in the middle of a set is quite annoying tho): overall great workout! keep up the good work💗 and who ever is reading this, i know you can do it! just push yourself, and it will become so so much easier. trust me!

Trying this for a month! 05/21/2023 Starting weight: 55kg Keep in mind that I do cycling for 30 mins so that might also helps in the results:)) Day 1: Done but damn I did not think it would be that hard😭 my legs were killing me need to take a break multiple times😗 my form sucked btw😭 Day 2: Done but I forgot to update yesterday lols, THAT FREAKIN LEG STRETCH/FLEX GETS ME ALL THE TIME MY LEGS FEELS THE PAIN and need to take breaks😭😭😭 today I did it twice coz I had nothing to do Day 3: I skipped coz I ran for about an hour but I did do some planks Day 4: Done Im surprised I get through the workout without resting woohooo I also noticed by this time that my waist was somewhat smaller idk if im imagining Day 5: Done Day 6: Done Day 7: Done I had graduation practice so I was late on updates Day 8: Skipped, Graduation lol Congratulations to all graduates Day 9: Im back baby exercises are much more easier and I don't find them challenging anymore, I do this twice a day now since I find it easier

doing this 10 min routine 6 days a week! (just for health, and well being!) day 1: done! - pretty easy felt like 3 min day 2: done! - getting a bit harder but i love feeling refreshed afterward! day 3: done! switched to mornings! (gives me sooo much more motivation and energy!) feeling refreshed! day 4: i dont do workout's on sundays because thats my "cheat day" where i cheat on working out! day 5: done! i did it at night, but still felt so good! i loved the afterward feeling! day 6: -skipped! i forgot until it was 2am and i was about to fall asleep. day 7- done! it was a bit challenging due to skipping alot for me but it made me feel good. day 8- done! i did it in the morning it was nice and made me feel ready for the day! day 9- done! i did it in the morning again ! day 10- sunday i skipped due that its sunday

trying this routine!! 💞 november 26: done twice. it was pretty hard november 27: done! i felt pain in my legs and belly all morning but i think it’s normal november 28: done. it felt easier than the other days november 29 & december 1:i didn’t do it because i was sick december 2: done! it felt a lot easier and i’m starting to see some changes. by the way i’m eating really bad in these days so i’ll try to eat less in the next days

Heyy so i’m in ED recovery and i been doing this for 3 days now (js got done day 3) along w a couple other vids and i must say that pilates is way different then i thought even better then i imagined and it’s been making me so so much better abt my body and getting my strength back without exhausting my body i’m already feeling my body getting more toned and js stronger and i can’t wait to keep going and update y’all :)

TRYING THIS OUT FOR 7 DAYS! BEFORE RESULTS: Height: 5’1 Weight: 87 I will also be going on a diet. (Control my portion sizes and eat healthier) DAY 1: ✅ Day 1 was DEFINITELY THE HARDEST. But I pushed through. I took so many breaks in between but that’s totally fine. I was shocked on how good it worked out my stomach. The legs really killed me though..

Hey! Just saying this out of care, but 87 pounds is already really light. I know everyone holds weight differently on their body but just be careful to not overdo the workouts and dieting. You are already beautiful the way you are! But I totally understand wanting to stay fit

(i work a lot on my pc and this really helped my back aches! ofc with other stretches i do as well) ^^
