It’s not just the ability to play the notes at such tempi that impresses me. She plays with such clarity and lightness. It’s utterly incredible.

1:27 wowww this is just as fast if not slightly faster than Rudenko’s legendary performance of this etude. I would love to hear tips or secrets on how to play at this speed. Amazing!!!

It doesn't have to be played at such speed and in fact loses some of its poetry and subtlety when played too fast.

Wow!! Could you try Godowsky's study on Op. 10, No. 2 for the left hand alone? Maybe not this fast 😂 but it's great for giving the left hand the same workout the right hand gets in Chopin's original.
