Over the years, you learn that there really are just some things that work, it's just that they take time and you have to focus on perfecting form, pace and progressive overload. But that makes for boring, repetitive content, so fitness influencers need to constantly create new things. You seem like you had fun though, so that's what matters 💖 Keep it up!
