I feel like the statement regarding women working outside the home lacks nuance. Of course women should prioritize their family and their home(as should men). But to act like the only or best way women can glorify God is in motherhood and as a wife is extremely limiting. Working in ministry, teaching, healthcare etc can all glorify God and bring great value to society, but all of these professions require women to work outside of the home. Of course the author did say “rarely” which implies there are exceptions but I do feel that limiting it to the rare occurrence can be harmful. Women should be encouraged to listen to how God speaks to them and follow their own discernment and convictions that come from God himself. If God is calling you to a career because he thinks you are capable or managing that and a home that should be celebrated.

I’ve been reading fiction since the pandemic and sharing reviews on there so I think booktube is such a natural next step for me, I also want to publish so many more books! I actually really don’t enjoy vlogging anymore which is why Kaelin heads that channel, if it were up to me that channel wouldn’t even exist anymore. I know so many of you miss that aspect of my videos and I do try to include a little bit of that vlogging aspect but vlogging just isn’t my passion anymore ❤️‍🩹

I will keep watching you bc you are my comfort KZbinr no matter what you post, all I care about is you doing what you love and if that means less vlogging, then by all means do what you gotta do.
