@@lisa.66 Idk I'm a manager at an ALDI and staple items; breads, meats, produce, eggs, and milk have to be restocked multiple times a day. Sometimes even 3-5 times. I'll put like 9 cases of strawberries out (each having 8 1lb packages of strawberries) and they'll all be gone in 2 hours some days.

@@lisa.66 i would say perishables likely do turn daily if not more (think bananas, they can’t stay out very long without browning). But dry goods like bread or cereals might turn less often. And hard goods like blowdryers or home decor might turn only monthly or even quarterly. Retail Inventory Management is fascinating.
