I read one article on this movie and they're more focused on the multiple genres/vibes of horror that until dawn covers. At first you think there's a creepy killer in the woods, then there's the killer clown, then the wendigos, etc. My understanding is they're going to have each "life cycle" cover a different genre which i think could be kinda cool because Until Dawn is a bad candidate for movie imo. the game is literally a movie already. There's not really anything interesting to play with beyond retelling a story that has been played by millions of people over and over already. If you decide to do a retelling of the game, what ending do you pick? The whole fun of the game is figuring out what ending you got. The only way to do it would be a time loop kinda thing like this. Could be cool. I'm sure they'll screw it up though lol

I REALLY loved the cast of the game, i think i'm having a hard time looking past that it's not the same. it's lacking even the story/names of the original characters. how would it be "until dawn" without Sam, Josh, Jessica, and the others. seems like an interesting concept but i think it's going to be a huge disappointment to the audience that knows of the game.

Im not a gamer, but i search your name once in a while to see how everyone is doing because i used to get a kick out of Jenna's videos, especially involving the dogs. Im really sorry this is happening, but im also happy that the older dogs are still hanging in there, and Peachy is doing so much better.

it's like they had a horror movie but couldn't think of a name, so they slapped Until Dawn onto it. It's really sad because the Until Down story could have easily adapted into a live action movie or tv series like Fallout or The Last of Us. They could have named it something else said this was in the same universe as the dark pictures anthology games and that would have been fine.
