lol I wouldn’t use it, but based off of how I’ve seen it work on you, I’d recommend a person uses it right after they put on their primer and before their foundation. That’s if you have oily skin and like to do the whole setting your primer thing. Otherwise, I don’t recommend at all 😂

Powder/mattifying makeup is one of the secondary uses for dry shampoo, which is literally just aerosol powder. I'm sure that's where people got the idea from.
