It works I did it for 30 days and strictly and i was gyming on a treadmill 3times a week (1hour gym session).On Day 1 I was weighing 108KG and on day 30 I was 73Kg. Also, i mixed this diet with drinking, Lemon, ginger, garlic, honey and apple cider vinegar to deal with belly fat. Everyday b4 meals. Results were astounding.

@@wehad_izzaldin Yes, belly fat was gone. But i forgot to mention one thing that I combined this diet with drinking Lemon, ginger, garlic and apple cider vinegar concoction before meals everyday. Results were so amazing.

Thank you for doing this experiment and recording it! Next time, instead of having two apples a day, cook your eggs in 2-3 TBSP of butter (or bacon grease). You won't feel cranky, and there are now many egg-fast recipes online that allow for condiments such as sriracha sauce and cinnamon plus stevia. You'll still lose a lot of weight, but the process will be much easier, especially if you go for a 5-day egg fast, instead of a 10-day one. 🙂

There are many type of juice. You can do ginger, lemon, cucumber, pineapple, Sugar is not needed.

I will start tomorrow well done I think this is a good way to detox yourself from process food and all the junkies and meat too. Then when is finish you eat healthy with portion control I know eggs is tired but when you focus 🧘‍♀️ on what you want’s you keep on speaking positive words to yourself, when you feel angry after 5 day is because your body is missing the food and you are detoxify your body. Well done mimi I start my tomorrow pray for me ooooh lol 😂

Hi did u lose weight more with lemon cofee along the egg diet? Cause I drink lemon coffee in the morning before workout and proceed to egg diet. And I haven't seen any weight loss on the scale since I started. I am on day 5 tomorrow. Followed the egg diet religiously except for the lemon cofee. :/

You don't need a lot of water to boil eggs. Literally just a half inch of water. Bring to boil, add eggs, cover, cook for 7min. Done. Don't have to submerge the eggs.

The diet is not sustainable. I feel like you can do it if you have to fit in a tight dress. Once you eat normal again the weight comes back

I started mine on Tuesday I ended yesterday which was Thursday coz wooow I feel like I started with on big high note, I mean from eating lot of junk to eating less 😒😒it was good experience I yes I dd lose kg. N only because was getting hungrier Alot so would cheat with grapefruit.

I feel I have a serious problem. I did 2days water fast, no single food and still lost no weight. Earlier I did 2 weeks without carbs and sugars, only few nuts, few eggs about 4 boiled eggs in total, only green vegetables soups with goat meat. I lost only 1kg in two weeks without sugars. Something is definitely wrong with me.

Try to get down a gallon of water a day and take a tablespoon of MCT oil, two if your body can handle it. Your system will be REGULAR lol. I’m on the egg fast and haven’t had any issues by doing that

Strictly green tea. For beneficial purposes. And also drink water like you would normally do when you are not dieting.

Sis! This diet is unsustainable! When you lose weight on it, and you will! The weight will come back when you eat a balanced diet😢

Please stop with the myth of a balanced diet, which is just a great PR gimmick for the agricultural and food industry. You're right that eating only 6 boiled eggs and 2 apples a day is not sustainable, but it's not meant to be sustained for longer than 5-10 days. If you follow it up with a very low-carb moderate-calorie diet, you won't regain weight at all but will continue to lose fat, albeit at a slower pace. If you go back to SAD (Standard American Diet) OR one of the so-called balanced diets, you will put the weight back on. "Balanced" diets are themselves NOT sustainable for anyone who's carb sensitive as it results in unhealthy weight gain over time. Our bodies don't need ANY carbohydrates (grains, legumes, fruit) whatsoever to function not just well but MUCH better than with carbohydrates added in (so much for the myth of a balanced diet). There's simply no such thing as a single diet that fits all, and that goes for any of the various versions of "balanced" diets (Mediterranean, paleo, Atkins, low-carb, etc.). Each one of us needs to experiment to find what our body thrives on best, and for some people that will prove to be a nutritional approach that includes only tiny amounts of carbs (from vegetables, only), and no grains or sugar.

This not a right diet. It only reduce water weight because it doesn't not content salt in it. Body tends to lose 5-6 kg of water store in body in beginning due to lack of salt and people seems happy by change in numbers 😂. Myth which is very dangerous. Just stick with balance diet food. Always eat right portion although it seems very delicious. Have water or chilled water with lemon instead of beer or sugary drinks. Do any exercise as your preference . That is the best way to anyone for long run with healthy personality. Last have some respect to your body because it is not desease having huge weight compare to others. It's only your bad choise on your food which cause you in that position. Be patient and choose right decision from that day you really want to gain something important in your life.

But that doesn’t make sense for people that do this diet on and off and continue to lose weight every alternating week.. that would imply they are constantly losing water weight…. For the continuation of the scale going down… it’s a 900 calorie diet that’s why it works it’s a calorie deficit. It’s not just water
