What I like better than the drum vst is the seq fx (filters), I like making little construction kits for beats, normally like a few samples chopped up different ways or w different filters/fx. I think it keeps me from getting distracted when making a beat too, like I know where I'm going with the beat and can see the big picture!

Tried it out as you get a free 1 month subscription with Bitwig. Can't believe it doesn't have audio routing, that's a deal breaker for me, but overall not bad. Really like the sample randomizer, got some nice combos going from my own sample folder just by randomizing all pads.

Battery 4 still the king of my drum kitZ, even tho it has a ton of bugs and flaws it does the major things right! Crazy all these VSTs and drum machine plug ins coming out and how few of them have the MUSTs like a good library structure and a decent tagging system! Most of them just wanna find a way to shove sample packs that you don't need up your butt or they have a million features but none of the basics, smh!
@Juliano_DJOL2 жыл бұрын
So do alot of people that use the new MPCs (live/studio) use the MPC beats daw/app? I wasn't too big on it the few times I messed with it...but didn't spend long in it.
@TranceCore32 жыл бұрын
the MPC comes with the full version of that software, and it's a great daw to use it it with. It's also a vst and can be used inside other daws, and you get the same benefits as if you used it by itself

I really like loopcloud but damn they make a mess of the library and folder structure smh! It's like no one that developed it has any file management skills, just folders on folders on folders, if they cld find a way around that or a better way to view and pick samples (out of my library) then it wld be perfect IMO! Funny cause I never seem to struggle when in the store...

I picked up a discount sub during black Friday last year. I used it a bit but haven't touched it in a while now. I've been using samples and kits from maschine and digging through my own collection of random samples I've hoarded over the years. I've tried the drums but can't say I love the pre-made kits enough to use them over the kits I already have. I dunno how many kicks and hi hats and snares can one possibly use and own anyway? When I make tracks I also often go to a basic 808 kit anyway to start my tracks and build from there. I still just l Iove that sound.

Whats up brother. Do you have a video on how to use Ableton Live 10 with the MPC live VST plugin and how to set it up and MPC IN TO Ableton Live 10? I can only see the MPC live VST plugins on FL Studio as a VST but I do not know how to set up the MPC live on Ableton as an vst. If you have a video can you send it to me or can you make a video in the future. thanks Abel

can you route individual drum sounds to separate outputs to mix them further in the box of the loopcloud itself??? Didn't see where you can do that. Anyone know the answer to that?

I think you are not that excited for similar reasons I am not excited. It simply gives me something I already have with an accompanying new workflow to learn something you don't need. There is no logical reason to use a drum sequencer inside of the dedicated drum sequencer you already know. Nothing wrong with the product. In fact, I highly recommend to new producers on budget. It just isn't intuitive enough for the effort it takes to make it a regular part of workflow. I think your response was perfect.

I am using ATOM will this be linked out of the box with that or I have to go everytime one by one to click and drag the beat samples or set it up...if that's the case no thanx..I want to use my Atom with this in FL studio...like you can in Presonus one 5....when I open Atom in presonus one and I open up Impact, automaticly everything is mapped to my ATOM and I don't have to mess around with my beats like I have to do in FL...so if I were to get this, would this be mapped automaticly as well to Atom in FL...I want something that I can use just like that. As of now nothing is as good as Studio Ones setup of Atom with Impact...I just want to pick a drum pack and automaticly be mapped to my Atom and start making beats without spending x amount of time setting it up. Thanx..

Am I in the London Underground suddenly? 👏👏👏😊 But as a owner of XO, which do you think is the better option for coming up with drum patterns? I do understand that LoopCloud Drum is free and like XO you can bring in 3rd party samples located on your PC. Seems that they pretty much do the same thing to be honest. Any opinions?
