I personally think that for damage repair the best thing is olaplex no 3 + a protein hair mask on the same day. (I use it once in 3 months) And the 2nd rinse off step of this range is super good to maintain detangled hair. I use this rinse off once a week and keeps hair super manageable. But always get it on discount from myntra. I use Schwarzkopf spa essence hair mask for 5 mints after the rinse off serum. Works best in this way. Then after taking out water from hair (not with towel) I put palmers leave in serum and the loreal night filler cream and put hair in bun. Then after 5-10 mint lightly press hair with towel and air dry or blow dry putting any hair serum. This routine makes my super long lower than bums length hair super manageable.
