Duchess used to be good, they were very big on "Made to Order", but about twenty years ago, they push more into the fast food realm, so all the sandwich meats are not thinly cut so they can be flash fried and it's just cheap food, with too much competition. About half the locations have closed in the last ten years, and the rest look weak.

I am a former typographic artist. Papyrus (font a/k/a type face) has been around since the early 1980's and I've had several occasions to use it over the years. It is most typically used as a specialty font such as in ads and/or as a headline rather than text.
