My main tip for anyone learning ANY language is to of course make the alphabet the first thing you learn when it comes to the beginning of learning any language, otherwise you won’t get anywhere.. and also read books, watch tv shows or films, and just to do anything you can to consume the language to get you familiar as possible with it. Also, please make learning grammar, etc.. the last thing you do as it’s not as important as forming sentences, etc.

Duolingo is a snall suppliment, but you need to try to say things talking to yourself, and if you dont know the word look it up and implement it into your Vocabulary, it german you have to learn the iteration of the for a word, neuter femald or male. I started in first year and could read anything by fourth year. If you want any help or anything just ask. There are some great textbooks in the Billy b library.
