ooh i tried those exact pancakes from belle epoque a couple years ago! i remember the cream being milktea flavored as well though i wouldn’t know how to infuse that tea flavor and still retain that creamy white color 🤔 it’s super exciting to see your veganized take on it though, especially since i’ve been making efforts to be more plant-based now 🌱 tea-flavored pancakes sounds sooo bomb 🤤 i was so surprised to see those boba pancakes in the thumbnail hehe, really makes me miss taiwan... they have soo many vegan eateries nowadays!

Veggiekins i used to live in taiwan too! every time we go back now i love scoping out all the plant-based eats, but a while ago i went around looking for boba desserts that weren’t in drink form... there were boba cronuts, boba waffles, boba ice cream, boba candy bars, etc. haha no shortage of boba in taiwan for sure 😝

You can definitely build muscle without meat (check out Jon Venus and Nimai Delgado!), but it's much easier to transition after you're in college, because I know parents can be hard to convince ♥️
