I have learnt the hard way by not regularly stretching, and long hours behind a drawing tablet… now at age 31 dealing with fluctuating chronic pain. It gets so much worse when I’m stressed, but yeah… I’ve just gotta do it to function just ok now. Make it a priority to stretch regularly and improve your posture NOW, i beg of you all. Don’t get to my stage where best i can do it just ‘manage it’ as best i can.

Very bored of the short format memes that are essentially “having adhd sucks isn’t that hilarious, look at me fail at things“… like ok i get it… what GOOD ARE DOING WITH IT??? My left pinky was done in by an acorn squash two years. I was cutting in half to make slices for tempura soba, and when the knife hit the hollow centre, the squash shifter because, acorn shape, and I cut my finger pretty bad. Tip for Putting sketches on clay, you can trace your design on paper with pencil ,make sure it's quite dark, then flip and lightly smooth on pre-rolled clay to transfer the graphite✨ if positioning matters make sure you flip your design before tracing and transfering
