when i started a new game after the update, my sim immediately got pregnant with twins. just 2 was awful to deal with, then she got pregnant again with just one, and then she had twins again. 5 infants for 2 parents to handle. it was a mess. everything was always dirty, the infants always needed a bath or a diaper change. i had to get a nanny and a maid and it still wasn't enough to keep up. my adult sims were always hungry and sleep deprived, because they kept getting up to take care of the infants. and the infants are just so fucking annoying, always crying. and they always get prioritized for some reason. the nanny was giving the toddler a bath, she literally stops halfway though, the toddler is still dirty with stink lines, because one of the infants wanted to get picked up to pinch her finger

yea i need them to tweak the infant system. im surprised they even coded it since i don't think anything else in the game has a priority system like that

@@itsmeTroi even the babies will immediately get taken away if you don't make your sims go and take care of them, because most times they don't do it automatically. but for some reason, infants get top priority and a whole queue of actions will be gone because the infant wants something. i started aging them up to toddlers right away and i think i'm gonna keep doing that until they fix it or some mod maker makes a fix(which is the most likely scenario)

I swear it’s not because you have 7 babies. My game was glitching like crazy too with feeding! Only breastfeeding worked and sometime my Sun would pick up and put down the baby over and over instead of doing what I asked!

What helped me, was to click the "pick them up" button (even if they are already holding them) and THEN feed them. But yeah, the sims constantly putting down the infants is driving me crazy 🥴

Yeah same problems then my sim got pregnant and the bottle feed interaction would not go away. Mom could only breastfeed (I did set that as a preference when bottle feeding NEVER worked) Dad could feed the baby all day easily idk!

the AI with multiple infants is atrocious. hope they fix it in a future pack, because as it is, it's unbearable.
