suggestion: wear an Abraham Lincoln hat, beard and dark wool suit for a 5k close to Presidents' Day in February. You could also go with a stereotypical George Washington costume (wool coat, waistcoat, knee breeches + a wig) if that is more your style. Hopefully, the weather will be more forgiving of full costumes by February :)
