I tried Vivaia shoes! Are they worth it?

Hi Anni! Yes I followed their chart and the sizing was pretty accurate I want to say. Please note that depending on the shoe style and the material it’s made with it may also have a little bit of room/stretch to them. Hope your shoes work out for you 😊

Love these shoes. How would you compare the vivaia with rothys in terms of odor/stinky feet?

Hi Ellie! These are much better - I’ve been wearing the flats during summer here (in like 90 degree weather) and no odor issue. They also seem to breathe really well. Please note that I got the hemp versions of the flats, and they are supposed to be a lot more breathable than the regular flats. Hope you give Vivaia a try, I’ve been loving mine 😊

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRENDOUS. Website REVIEWS are either FAKE OR ONLY HAPPY CUSTOMERS’. I’m not able to leave a review with my concerns on their website; there’s no link to do it even though I bough 3 shoes (all came in incorrect EU sizes despite me measuring feet). I have been emailing with them trying to get an exchange and now they are refunding me less than what I paid - NOT free and easy returns per misleading advertising. Also, all three shoes are still available in my correct size. Also highly doubt they are sustainable. Probably fake greenwash advertising. READ BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU reviews. How was I such a fool? DO NOT BUY.

BUYER BEWARE‼️. This company does not fully disclose their sales process. Shipment takes a long time. They claim the order had been delivered for several days when, in fact, it had not. Shoes are overpriced for what they are. Once they have your email address, it is impossible to unsubscribe. Annoying. I would never again purchase anything from this company. They provide no customer service phone number.

Hi! I’m so sorry you had a bad experience brand. Have you tried reaching out via chat or email? I think nowadays a lot of brands do not provide phone number because they can’t support the call volume with the amount of staff they have.

Hi Lisha! I’ve been also seeing Vivaia all o over KZbin and I was soooooo skeptical 🤣 I tried Rothy’s years ago and thought it was totally not worth the money for me because of how uncomfortable they are, despite the fact that they are environmentally conscious company. I’m glad I got to try Vivaia out because I do plan on buying a few pairs this fall! 😊 do you think you will buy the boots? Just from the short amount of time I had them on at home they seem very comfortable 👀 perfect alternative to the Everlane reknit boots that cost a lot more!!

For me there was a shipping issue which resulted in USPS returning it return to sender. I contacted them immediately and they said if I wanted them I needed to pay 1/3 of the retail cost to either get them or cancel the order at 1/3 the retail cost. When I researched other reviews it seems returns and exchanges are a fight. They try to get you to donate them rather than get a refund or an exchange.

I vouch for this as well. They delivered my shoe to the wrong address and I contacted customer service right away. They are giving me such a hard time with two options one being pay for 50% of the boot price for a partial refund or pay $45 shipping fee to get it reshipped. So disappointing.
