Honestly it's going to be a sad day when Arjen/ The guy in the blue shirt eventually stops being in videos to move onto bigger and better things in life... The dynamic they have of the bigger buffer guy and the smaller, leaner but also quite strong guy is really good. Not to mention they hype each other up even when they're competing against themselves and the commentary they bring together is amazing, it makse me wish i had a friend like that, that i could workout with

I know it's all fun and games. But 1) 2: 00 mins penalty for not completing the challenge was way too low. Imho the penalty should had been decided at the end and it should result in the maximum time anyone spent on a challenge (for trying) + 1 or 2 minutes (for actual penalty). 2) Water buckets weren't fairly positioned. In Arjen's case, it was well above his elbows while in Stan's case, the buckets were at the level of his elbows.

I started my 65 day transformation today. But iv’e been exercising since around 10 years old and I didn’t have that much knowledge about bodybuilding and stuff like that. Now, at 11 years old, I have studied a whole lot more about bodybuilding and even got a program to help me out. My goal is to get strong and more built and not be so skinny (I’m an ectomorph).
