The cool thing is you don’t even need fences. This allows your animals to eat fresh grass and if you leave the door open all the time they won’t be attacked by wild animals. I like to let my dinos free roam :)

I've gone through SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO many videos and read/heard about a few thousand different tips and not a single one of them really did me any good. The game eventually ends up turning into a cycle of days that repeat and when that happens, the game becomes unfun. So, here's my tip: Just play the game for fun. Don't play it as if there's a timer ticking down and counting how much gold you make per minute.

Just like real life...
@marleyf823010 ай бұрын
And don’t only plant crops and create goods for the sake of money. Plant and create things you genuinely like, and add variety! Otherwise the game becomes tedious as the way to become a millionaire quickly is pretty cut and dry, and repetitive work with 0 creativity gets old fast.
@marleyf823010 ай бұрын
Also, redesigning your farm/ business model yearly is super fun and makes the game less tedious.

My terrible tip is never cut down your trees unless you absolutely need to. I never tend to use absolutely every inch of my farm for crops anyway, so I just go over and cut down trees when I’m out of wood late game so I don’t pay Robin (mega bombs also help). I never decorate my farm or house lol. I’ve reached perfection with like 35% of my farm being trees. I also never use fences tbh. Just let the animals roam free. They haven’t gotten eaten yet.

I've long told people about growing winter foragables in season by farming blue slimes and putting any Winter Root in any seed makers they have. I take it a step further, however, and say make more seeds after they've grown in, then hoard the majority of Crystal Fruit they have left and make wine with them. It's a bigger but less frequent profit than making seeds, replanting, and selling all of what remains.

Any grass that's already grown WILL die on Winter 1st, so make sure you harvest it all on Fall 28, and then you can plant grass starters after that all winter long. :)

Love your videos and tips. I don't agree on using tea saplings as fences since selling them gets you 500g EACH. You can always buy wood from Robin in year 1 for only 10g.
@ezlilyy11 ай бұрын
That's true! Such an inefficient tip 🐧
@cinderburn266011 ай бұрын
Well, sell them for short term immediate gold. A single season harvest of tea leaves will net you 350g, much more if you turn it into green tea which is produced really fast.
@Pehmokettu8 ай бұрын
In the most recent update one Tea Sapling is worth only 250g.
@DoubleMcZombieКүн бұрын
Build the saplings for fencing, harvest all of them all week at end of every season, pickle them, they will outvalue their sell price over the span of years long term over fencing.

Glad to see my preserves jar one made it in. That processing time difference is insane. Sure wine is a better money maker, but when you're growing pumpkins in fall and still using the kegs from the starfruit you grew in summer, preserves jars are the way to go, and you need way less to keep up because of the processing time difference. Pickle your pumpkins y'all.
