One of the best things about Heidi's videos which I love is the calm demeaner with how she talks about products. I see a lot of youtubers just shouting and being dramatic and it just sort of spoils the effect. I am a kerastase junkie 🤣🤣🤣 My 3 favorite lines are Discipline Morpho Keratine , ( not the Bain óleo relax)The Nutritive and The Therapiste . The Elixir Ultime serum is a really good serum. Thanks for posting the review for this one ☝️ so I don’t have to buy, try and then return to the Kerastase online shop( I am not about other countries but here in the US we have the ability to buy and if not 100% satisfied, we can return them). This makes it a lot easier for people to try because we know we won’t be stuck with $100 dollars plus products, because they are pricier. But thanks to you and your very honest reviews I don’t have to go through all the trouble. I love your channel. Thanks Heidi🥰

Hi everyone. I am French and why Kérastase in USA refunds of you are not 💯% satisfied? In France, you can be refunded if 1) you ask it within 2 weeks and for unused products. 👏👏 Great deals in USA🇺🇲👍👍. In the same time, I never complained concerning Kérastase products .

Oooh thanks so much for taking the bullet for us 😂 Heidi, you should consider trying the Aveda Botanical Repair line. It’s got many many plant oils, it’s very rich and also silicone free! Kind of expensive, but seems to be very good for frizz control

Maybe the new Kerastase Curl Manifesto line would be the key for you? I used so many products which promised frizz-free hair and that never worked really 100% on my fine wavy frizzy hair. The Kerastase Curl Gelee is the only one that cuts off the frizz completely. And a little goes a long way with that gelee.

The kerastase initialiste serum contains plant stem cells which secrete some substances that allow hair to grow healthier, shinier, thicker, stronger more beautiful etc. In order to see the full potential of initialiste you need to use it at least 3 times a week for about a month to 1.5 month

Even though I'm a year behindI your video's, I'm hooked! Your very informative and truthful and relaxing to watch and listen to if that makes sense lol. So far out of the hair products I've seen you share, i think after you used rahua your hair looked the best. I've always wore my hair long, it's thick and wavy some say I look like a mermaid lol. I have a really good feeling you're going to like it! their texture spray and hair oil is fantastic as well. I do feel like you used way more shampoo than you needed to in this video though which concerns me because if your hair is too clean it's def going to be more prone to frizz.

I mean some of the things I mentioned also contain other ingredients like rhamnose & antioxidants in the Kerastase Specifique anti chute Aminexil ampoules that improve the health of the scalp but i do not know up to what extent it will help with frizz, though i imagine a healthier scalp will lead to less frizz

@@heidiguttenberg even if you can somehow get 50% semi permanent improvement that will make a big difference (cause let’s be real you will need maintenance every now & then otherwise hair will go exactly to being the same due to genetics) 50% improvement in frizz will make your hair much more manageable & easier to care for, you might even be able to do less steps, less work etc.

Your hair is in good condition. I’m totally fed up wasting my money on Colorwow, Philip Kingsley, The Inkey List, Lee Stafford, Virtue, castor and coconut oil from a holiday years ago in Thailand. Nothing really works except Olaplex in the salon! Thanks for your honesty. Been told my hair is porous so it hates humidity and rain and heat 😞 have you considered KERARGANIC?

I agree, discipline line doesn’t smell the greatest, but the one that I REALLY cannot tolerate is the genesis line, that smell is just disgusting to me I can’t stand it!
