I’ve just used the shampoo and conditioner and the fluidissm leave ins today but I also used Amika the Kure aswell after my shampoo as I think that gives a really deep treatment. Even if I air dry my hair it still dicipline it x

Also the Bain fluidiste gentle shampoo is sulfate free and the Bain fluidiste isn’t I think x

@leonaball196 yeah the discipline Bain IS sulphate free.. Oleo Bain is not 😩 and of course that one is my favorite 🤦🏼‍♀️

Discipline is if you want to remove frizz, discipline oleo is if you wear your hair pin straight like mine, Chronologiste is the line if you feel like your hair has changed due to aging. So it depends what you’re looking for.

@@JeniferLarson Omg i just bought and tried the discipline oleo relax mask. My previously coarse rough frizzy hair is now pin straight like ribbons of silk and I can't stop touching it. Straightening time was also reduced by half! Omg you give the best advice on the entire youtube. Thank you so much I'm so happy 😭😭😭❤️❤️❤️😘😘😘

Yes as long as you like to wear your hair straight. If you’re needing a mask more for hydration I would try the nutritive mask. That one comes in a fine hair and thick hair version.

@@JeniferLarson Oki Thank you! Yes I always have my hair pin straight like you, but even tho If my hair is straighen is still pretty thick and heavy and gets in my face all the time. I think I am gonna get the dicipline hair mask for thick hair😊Because I dont want volume But just so is not frizzy and not making my hair heavy:)

I think so.. the mask might be a little heavy though. So you’d probably have to go with the fondant from the regular discipline line.
