For anyone trying to make Vegan Eggs: - Don't add the black salk before cooking, the flavour will disappear - Make the egg with the least flavourful ingredients you can (look for a good texture) - Add the salt afterwards on top on the cooked "egg", it will taste just like the real thing :)
