Yes, I really did make these from two regular screwdrivers I got from the pawn shop. I tried hardening and tempering them this time, which should mean the blades will stay sharp longer. Also, the colors that I added were just sharpie coated with flat lacquer to seal it in.

I am so happy to have found your site. An RZ Mask saved my life a few weeks ago. We used to live in Hawaii close to the present eruption. Not only did I have to use the mask for the vog and ash, but I also suffer severely with asthma and allergies. Wouldn't ya know the Hawaiian Airlines plane we had to take for our final flight out of Hawaii was loaded with perfume, from the toilet chemicals to the passengers. It triggered my asthma and I wouldn't have made it without my RZ Mask. I doubled the filter up and put it on, cinched it down tight and wore it the entire flight. It was the longest 5 1/2 hours I think I have ever lived. I can't thank you enough for telling us about this mask. Thanks a million.
