best way to grind money that i have found is delivering fuel and crude oil back and forth. easy 160-170k per trip to the rest stop on the mountain.

Yeah garbage trucks can only go 60mph same as other big trucks.

You can go to the main menu and access quests and then delete those quests/annoying tutorial that you don't need cuz you know how to do it and no more notifications
