Kei truck is pronounced "K" Truck, 軽 (kei) stands for "light" in Japanese Japanese pronunciation "ei" is pronounced e-e so Kei is the same as Kee, e always having the universal pronunciation in Japanese as "eh" (I'd also comment on how the truck Dapper was driving was a bit big for being a kei-truck, but in a game like this that's not an argument worth really having)
