The firmware thing is pretty usual when you install arch, this also happens with my system. You can probably ignore it for any future installations of arch or arch derivatives.

@@ID10T_ERROR_ "Warning" means something is not right but it is probably ok. "Error" means this is not working. Missing firmware usually does not affect you. It might for example mean it will not be able to connect to some very special wifi but if it connects to your wifi and any normal wifi then you don't care. You can't do some things that the laptop is capable but probably nothing you would notice normally.
