You should make the room with the hole in the middle like a romantic dinner with a lot of candles and tables for eating. I feel you should also put another piano in the middle on the first floor so that you can look down the hole and see the piano.

If you go far enough away from the island with it on, eventually everything will respawn but the not important stuff will be randomly generated, but important stuff will be in the same place so if you keep doing it eventually you can get infinite mayor hats
