DOOM DOOM DOOM DOOM DOOM SHROOM! Finally a mushroom pokemon I love! Pokemon and I have this weird thing where any irl thing I'm really into if they make it as a pokemon I just don't like it. Love Myceclear design, and I think you knocked it out of the park with planturr. What really gets me is the head deeply reminds me of those toys you see in gift shops that load a little foam ball that shoots out when you squeeze the body. Deeply friend shaped, which as we know, is the primary requirement for pokemon. I've never played plants and zombies 2 despite the hours I poured into the original so it was neat seeing a design based off one of the plants, though in my highly biased opinion the cat-tail would have made a great pokemon ;)

Idea that planturr is the eevee of the pvz region, instead of unstable dna its just highly adaptable due to circumstances! Evolving into other forms, the regular path is of course repeater pokemon then gatling pea pokemon, while the elements branch off from planturr itself, you get a split-pea when interrupting the evolution between the repeater Pokemon and planturr, which the split pea pokemon would evolve into threepeater. Just a thought

I have a lot of evolution ideas, someone already included one for peashooter so im going to do my own for the rest. Potato mine could have 1 evo being into the cherry bomb even though they look nothing like eachother, I still think it would be cool because its kind of an upgrade. The holo-nut could have multiple evos at the start, if you have a repeater (whatever that pokemon will be called) in your party, you can merge it with the holonut to get the peanut or if you just want to evolve it without repeater, it could evo into the E.M.Peach because as you said the actual pokemon is the projector so it makes sence. The lightning reed could evo into the magnifying grass, 1 because they look alike and 2 because you still have that powerul laser blast except this time its from light. Doom shroom wouldnt evo because it would be a legendary pokemon or if you want it to evo it could be night cap or something mysterious like that.
