Chinese person here: the weird English is most likely because the knockoff companies ran the image with chinese description through a picture-to-text translation software, rather than using the text for an accurate translation. That way all they need to do is screenshot the translated image rather than going through the steps of copying and pasting & formatting. The chinese description itself doesn’t look strange to me, although I’m just seeing a part of it.

The funny goober mystery plant I think would be called the “squitlime”. “Squit” coming from the word squirt and lime coming from the lime fruit. The idea for the name came from this part of the video (5:27) where it is clearly shown squirting lime juice.
