There a reason that boost shoots instead of the rumble button or another binding?

Boost being the ammo count works well in terms of gameplay so you can't infinitely fire, and it's an already replicated value across the network so the shots and hit registration is synced well. As for rumble, the input for most players is push left thumbstick, which is hard to hold for extensive periods of time. And it also allows us to add rumble on top of this like teleports, boot, etc.
