I remember when you could have like a cheating reputation but reputation in the sims 4 is TRASHHH and so basic it's literally only determined by good interactions vs bad interactions -_- it's sooo basic!! It never ceases to amaze me how an OLD game could do better w/ gameplay vs a NEW game smdh!

I made a whole backstory with the maid in my recent Sims 2 replay after she caught Don cheating I worked really hard to keep their relationship level up and going when she was still asking to stay over after catching him cheating. Cassandra immediately had a break up option after catching him once. Of course, the maid also has multiple love interest. I imagine her (the maid, Kaylynn) as a childhood friend of Don. So I made it a mission for her to eventually be "the one". I actually liked finding out she too had multiple lovers and I figure they both are naturally poly, which is why it works in the end (tho not a game mechanic, because sims 2 sims are naturally jealous lovers even if they have multiple partners).

Ok I'm sorry but the late 90s/early 2000s is literally the perfect timeline for the sims, it just fits the "vibe" of the whole series so well imo. I get why some people might want to have the game be more updated in terms of fashion and lifestyle, but please I would be very happy if I could have my sims in the 4th installment seem like they live in 1998 without cc or mods... and not have them use their smartphone every 20 seconds??! I will thrive inside The SIms 2 until something like this happens.

Honestly I think there's only four main Sims characters that live in my worlds now. The rest are gone. Bella goth and her daughter are Master vampires. The other two I forget. One's a werewolf. And I think the others is hiding out in strangeville. The rest is all new generation. I've been building all worlds from the ground up. But that's enough talking your ear off.
