Akila, you posted about the hard water sediment in idli paathram.... you mentioned in a diff video probably kitchen time management prep work video - that you add water at night and keep it ready for morning. Aluminum reacts with that water and I think that could also affect the pathram. I recommend filling water in the morning, if you are using Aluminum idli pathram.
