Wanting to spruce up our cosmetically challenged VW Golf Cabriolet on a budget, we thought we'd try ordering a bunch of parts and accessories from Temu to see if they were any good.
Alex and Matt were each given a maximum of £50 to spend on a haul of 'goodies', without telling each other what they bought.

Guys I want you to succeed. 1) The camera shake was unbearable! The zoom was not smooth. You would have been better off filming with an iPhone for the dynamic shots OR invest in a gimbal. 2) 95% of the video was unboxing and only a small part showing the mods. You could have invented a few challenges or get the cars appraised etc. etc. 3) NO I do NOT want to read an article. I am on KZbin because I want to watch video content. (Most people here feel the same) Hope you persevere and improve.

@@bigmac371 alex left to do his own stuff, then jack and ethan left to do their own stuff, some time between will and edwin also left and do their own stuff (and all 3 groups also interact with one another). Whomever owns car throttle now needs to keep the channel going, but since all the sauce that made car throttle car throttle is gone, people hate that the chanel is not what is used to be, (its also kinda cursed, since alex left the views are horrendous) so car throttle should be scrapped as a channel, and whomstever is on, should just work on another thing sort of.

It's a bit different, quality is probably the same, but in 2001, I paid £40 for a stick on fuel filler cover, and £200 for neon's! I bought one of the first pioneer dvd head units for £1500, Those three things would be £120 on temu today. I earned £120 per week back then!!!!😢😢😢 I earned £120 a week ffs!!

Nothing against the presenters as I feel they do a great job working with what they have, but how can a channel with over 3 million subscribers expect the channel to move forwards when the guys are given such a low budget to work with. Unfortunately this reflects on the content being on par with some one starting out and working from from his back bedroom. This clearly is shown on the weekly figures. Last few videos have generated 14k views out of 3 million subscribers !. I honestly feel bad for the lads and clearly not supported by the powers that be at car throttle.

I had the same car but a MK3 front end version with a 1.8 litre 8v absolutely dog slow used a disgusting amount of fuel made a ok noise stock and wobbled like a jelly with the roof down was brilliant though. Paid £80 for it
