I would probably throw in a oem hood insulator to clean up and cover those washer fluid lines.

I have the Cusco brace so the gas strut is smacking the side of it when I try to close the thing. Guess I’ll have to keep it old skool for now.

Dude.. what the heck! That is wild but good to know for anyone else reading this. I wouldn't have thought. You can always get the blitz strut brace. It works amazing!

Too tuff shocks, that would break a carbon or FRP hood (it did to my previous car). Also mounting points are looking weak, bending over the pressure, again because the shock are too strong. Potential issue - when closing the stock hood you have to press over it, that would leave dents at some point. Pairing the kit with correct shocks will solve most of the issues apart the latter one
