Some cameras have fast snappy af but i like buttery smooth af

You can change it to be fast and snappy if you want.

My fellow Caribbean-man. Happy New Year from Suriname. Congratulations on your upgrade. This is definitely the camera which sits high on my wishlist. Regardless what people may say, but I'm getting me one. God bless you, man.

I bought my Lumix S5 II X a few months ago. It is my first "serious" camera. I'm still learning how to use it. The only thing that bothers me is how big and heavy it is. Especially with a big lens and all the accessories. Maybe I should switch to the S9, I don't know 🫤 Otherwise it's a awesome camera. I'm a hobbyist - I just wanted a reliable camera that doesn't overheat (since I live in the Caribbean), so I can immortalize important and/or beautiful moment in a great image quality... It's great to listen to people expressing how happy they are to have one too 🙂

I hear you on the weight! And the funny thing is, it is light compared to other cameras in its class 😅😅 I'm originally from Jamaica too so I totally get you with the Caribbean part. You're doing great with the camera, it's a perfect choice! But if you feel it is indeed too heavy, the S9 is similar in a lot of aspects in a smaller body.

I just like photography. And the 39 Luts of the Lumix S9 are impressive and won me over. I've already put my Canon R6 Mark II (which is a complete camera) up for sale to buy the Lumix S9. I want to have fun customizing the 39 Luts.

Day by day the S9 is tempting me especially for travel photography. Maybe i pick it up this year since it uses all my current lenses.

Man, I got this cam w/24-70 sigma (i dont know if it’s the Art or the reg lense) months ago and haven’t done nothin with it. I got a Mac Studio computer to go with it but it’s my forest cam and computer ever…. 0 experience!! HELP!!!
@chevaughnbeckford849115 күн бұрын
Haha, you have all that gear gathering dust 😂 Start out with some photos, and then slowly move into videos. That camera and lens is perfect for video works due to its versatility and the Mac Studio is a powerful machine for editing both photos and videos.

I wanted to believe the S5IIx but the first 8 seconds failed me... sorry

Why?
@DynamicLearning4u20 күн бұрын
@@hasimhalim5016 Hi Bro, it missed focus. I think the S5IIX is amazing in many ways but for those who depend on AF, it's unusable... imagine trying to submit to a client footages that are out of focus...
@ChevaughnBeckford19 күн бұрын
@@DynamicLearning4u autofocus falls at about 5th on my scale of important features on a camera for filmmaking so for me, the S5iiX is perfect especially for the price. There is no other camera out there that records Apple ProRes RAW internally for $2,000
