Honestly there is no great secret to it bud. I literally just list to sell players and use search to buy. Long term save is different in that I'll set up scouts to target areas (Salguerios save I zoned in on south America) but other than that just basic stuff

if its the little yellow boxes it means you have done a note at some point. This can be scout reports etc. I think that's what it is anyway

In italy you can only register 2 non eu players, even after selling thoso two, you still had more, i believe thats why you couldnt register neymar

I believe you can have more than 2 registered, but you can only have 2 new non-EU per season. The slot is also allocated to the player signed first, be it first team or reserve players. Maybe Neymar was signed after some youth intakes from Albania or Serbia?
