What are your settings for inner and outer burr and what sort of beans are these medium or dark ? I am literally struggling to get the right timing, all my shots are around 20-21 secs.

It seems that the inner burr on yours could be reduced a click or two. Or the outter burr can as well if possible. You are nearly there. Maybe increase tamping pressure. Let me know how it goes💪🏼
